I would highly recommend Dom at Fixio for his profesionalism, knowledge, kindness and patience. I have plantar fibromatosis on my left foot and had a bit of difficult walking. Dom explained what to expect and helped me to relieve the pain, provide me with useful exercises for this issue and strategies to overcome this problem. Thank you muchly Dom for this treatment.

Going into this injury I thought I was in for a long process of recovery but Dans treatment plan had me back to 100% a lot quicker than I anticipated. Thanks Dan and the team at Fixio.

I had persistent shoulder pain and a long standing knee issue which my wonderful physio Daniel resolved for me. He listened to my issues, got to the root of the problem.and with treatment and targeted exercises helped me resolve the pain.

Been visiting Dan the last few months to help fix lower back issues. Can’t recommend him enough. Very knowledgeable and a top bloke.

I came in a few months ago after an old back injury (slipped disc) and feeling a bit desperate. It was causing me so much pain, and I was struggling to keep up with everyday life with my 1 year old son.

Dominic has been great, he listened to me and created a tailored plan to help fix my back. I feel so much better, physically and mentally as it also takes a big toll on your mind when you're in pain.

Highly recommend Fixio Physio and would definitely go back if I have to (hopefully not!)

I have been working with Nilam for the last 5 months (lower back injury) and I couldn't recommend her more. She is incredibly talented and knowledgable in what she does. I highly recommend Nilam!

I was suffering severe knee joint soreness and swelling. I contacted Fixio and was set up with Laura and couldn't have been happier. Laura when to a lot of trouble finding out what my exercise routine was like and what might have caused the swelling/injury. Laura quickly went to work and immediately had the swelling reduced and increased movement. After a few more sessions back to full strength and learnt a lot about correct stretching and can't thank Laura and Fixio for getting me back on my feet so quickly.

I first visited to get a second opinion in the leadup to a ski trip in the hope of reducing my knee pain.

Due to going elsewhere first with minimal success, there was only a few weeks remaining before my trip. Damien was super thorough, honest and helpful in his approach and worked with me to try and deliver maximum benefit in a very short window of time (sorry about that!).

After a number of sessions and many hours spent working on myself at home, I was able to ski for 9 days straight with minimal knee pain or discomfort - an awesome result!

Will certainly be continuing to see the team at Fixio to keep myself pain-free into the future!

Nilam at Fixio has been amazing with my rehabilitation. I can't recommend her enough. I tore my Achilles Heal in October 2022 and when I started my rehab journey from December 2022 with Nilam my recovery journey has been really positive. It's a long recovery journey but the weekly sessions with Nilam and the follow on exercises I do have been great. I am getting stronger every day and her specific advice to my physical needs have been spot on. She is so supportive and takes a holistic view on my recovery. Highly recommend for any injuries or rehab you need:)

I must say, your physiotherapist deserves all the accolades for her outstanding work in helping me recover from my Achilles tendon injury. From the moment I walked into their clinic, they were incredibly professional and empathetic towards my situation. They took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly assessed my injury before developing a personalized treatment plan.

Throughout the entire process, my physiotherapist was dedicated to my recovery, and it was evident in her level of commitment to my treatment. She was always available to answer any questions I had and to explain the treatment process in a way that you could understand.

The treatment itself was exceptional, and my physiotherapist was always attentive and focused during the sessions. They pushed you to your limits while being mindful of your pain levels, which was crucial in helping me regain mobility and strength in my Achilles tendon.

As a result of their hard work and dedication, I have made remarkable progress in my recovery. I am now back to my daily routine without any discomfort or pain.

In summary, your physiotherapist did an excellent job with my Achilles tendon injury. Their level of professionalism, empathy, dedication, and expertise was second to none. So far I have done 3 lessons I am achieving good results
For example I am now wearing my pants without leaning: D
Also I am now climbing the stairs and down: D
Ultimately I am looking to walk naturally again as I was limping all the time
Get use to walk 5-10km looking back again to myself where I was

I have finished with my GLA: D program.
The results is really great today I have walked almost my normal speed cutting the distance I get used to do in the past within 15 minutes today I have done it in 20 minutes.

Thanks for the program and I am looking forward to developing more and more as Dan from Fixio team assured me I’ll be walking normal after 12 weeks of the program.

Great physio clinic! Damien and Nilam are super professional. Nilam took me through the recovery process from a shoulder/neck injury and she gave me exercises to strengthen my muscles after the pain was gone to avoid coming back from the same injury. Had some back pain that was wanting help with as it was affecting me performing at work. Dom was great and with only a few sessions my back is completely back to normal! Will definitely go back for future issues/injuries

Before my first session of physiotherapy I was in extreme pain. Dominic listened to my concerns and was patient and kind. He checked for all possible reasons for the pain, and applied pressure to key points on my head and neck to release some of the tension. Knowing time to be a factor he fitted me in swiftly, in addition to providing me with exercises to do myself that would expedite the healing. Two days after the session the pain was eased significantly, which was such a welcomed relief and after the second it was improved further. I am still on the mend and will continue treatment here. I would thoroughly recommend Dominic and Fixio as they genuinely will fix you up and you’ll begin to feel yourself again in no time:)
