Splash's Pools Macarthur

Splash's Pools Macarthur. I called them yesterday for a Pb problem with our gear we bought from them and they had someone there inside of 30 mins. Today I called them again for our pool and as helpful as they are were able to advise on how much more chlorine and acid we need to restore our pool. AWESOME service thanks you!

Jim and the team at Splash’s are amazing. I was dealing with a pool that hadn’t been turned on for over 18 months, and let’s just say that you could have thought that the pool belonged in the film “The Creature from the Black Lagoon”. With a new pump and chlorinator and a “splash” of a Green Pool Recovery, Jim is a magician. I could not rate these guys high enough. If you need a pool shop go no further, this is it.

I was given a ball park figure of $200 for new bearings and a mechanical seal supplied and installed in my pool pump. I left the pump with them. When I followed up a few days later I was told the guy I had spoken to is off and no one else had looked at my pump, meanwhile my pool had turned green.
The lady, who was most unhelpful, then quoted me $440 for the work and tried to sell me a new pump. She told me I'd have to wait for the work to be done as the only one capable of doing it is off and the parts aren't in stock.
Annoyed, I took the pump to Swimmart who had the part and they fixed the pump the next day for $180. They are far more professional and they are my new pool shop.
I don't often leave reviews but I was a loyal customer of Splash's Pools for years and had spent thousands of dollars in their shop. It seems there's only one guy there who knows what he's doing.

Have been a customer of Splash's for equipment issue call outs and in store advice. Always on-time, friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

I had a problem with a pump purchased from the Leumeah shop, the staff member recognised it was still under warranty. Without me having to anything, the staff member contacted the company and organised someone to fix the the fault. The company sent me a text with a date to fix the pump. On the day the pump was replaced, now that’s service at the highest level, so thank you Splash’s Pools, very happy with how you resolved the problem

The guys at Splashs Pools are absolutely amazing. They are always attentive and they genuinely care about my pool.
They provide great advice and quality products. I trust the guys there 100% and wouldn't go anywhere else.

The staff are friendly and happy to provide advice on looking after your pool.
They provide a full pool cleaning service at a reasonable charge.
I've been using Splash for many years and never had bad service or advice.

Great People but too willing to sell you stuff that most probably isn't needed. That said my pool was perfect when Spash's tested my water and told me what to put in it.

Great to deal with have been going there for 20 years now the owners are just great people and they have saved me a lot of money over the years

Excellent Help and Service! Tim was great help and even though I wasn’t buying anything this time I was still provided great advice to get my pool up and running again. During Covid we still were looked after greatly. Will be purchasing all future supplies from Splash Pool McArthur

After many attempts to have my swimming pool problem rectified by another swimming pool outlet and not having the desired outcome i contacted SPLASH POOLS and immediately the person who answered the phone suggested what the problem was after i explained the issues i was having with my inground pool and he sent out Adam to address the situation, with in the hour my swimming pool was running perfectly and has not worked in this manner for a long period, thank you so much for your assistance i could not be happier with the outcome.
