Splash N Shine

Worst experience of my life with a car wash company. I have black rims on my car and after they were cleaned by the staff.they removed all of the colour and I drove away with chalky grey/white rims. Need to now fork out money to have the rims re dipped to get them back to their original look. Very dissatisfied

Very average wash ($129 for mini detail plus extra $50 charge for dog hair), pricey compared to other places. Had to clay bar twice and still not smooth. Left polish on all my plastics and has now dried white residue.

Staff were quick to come and sort out what I wanted done. Was disappointed when picture online of pricing with 5 choices was out of date and didn't match choices or prices. I checked out several places before deciding to come to Splash N Shine. Car was overdue for a cleaning and they made it shine. Took them less than 5 minutes to sort me out to start the process. I was told it would take 40 minutes or so but was in and out in 55 minutes for the gold, in what looked like peak period.

My car has not been this clean since I bought it brand new! I normally do not let anyone clean my car as I am fussy! The team at Slash n Shine did a far better job than I could ever do! I will be coming back again!

Great experience. I bought a service only to specifically clean one portion of the car (which had smelled of vomit), but to my surprise when I came back - the whole car was cleaned, especially the mats & the seats. Warm people as well

She asked for $59 silver wash when silver wash is $49 on the wall.got me to pay for the $79 "gold" wash. I notice the dash display wasn't even cleaned.kind of disappointed spending $79 and one hour waiting.where are all these 5 starts review came from? Fake review? I went there today because I saw the review" $39 wash like $500 detail", i am sorry but i m gonna to call it BS.

Took my Navara for a wash. Car came out spectacular

Despite not having the tray washed out
I had a container of stuff and a bag in the tray so the inside wouldnt get interfered with
They didnt think to put that aside or inside the car to prevent them from getting wet
And my rubber mats were still dripping wet when placed in the car which is a bit of an incovenince
Now i have to dry it out
Missed a few spots on the dash too

Still a great service and wash
Just expected a bit more for $79

The guys down there are always very careful and precise with their detailing of my cars always very happy with the excellent service Brilliant!

Excellent job done by this team. As fsr as pricing goes you may think its is expensive but it is worth every cent. Our got poo bombed by a shag seabird at Woonona and unfortunately window was open and it went into the car and on the upholstery these people cleaned it up beautifully. Thank you
