Great service by Greg the parts guy he certainly knows his Spitwater parts, I rang him after my local dealer advised my machine was obsolete and said they couldn’t help me. I spoke with Greg and explained the part required and he gave me the correct part number (and even went as far as emailing a picture for me to double check as I have the old style fitting) and advised me to tell my local dealer that even though machine is obsolete I can still get parts for my 20yr old Spitwater.

We been using Spitwater for years now and currently run 3 of their pressure washers in our vans. We've found them to be very reliable units with almost zero down time despite daily commercial use. The office staff are also friendly and easy to deal with, in particular Andrew and Michael from the service department are very customer focused and happy to help. Thanks Spitwater team

All I can say is I have to go in from time to time to buy things and the guy sitting on the left side when you first enter the Gipp's Rd Store, is just rude and arrogant. Don't know if that's how he is to everyone, or whether or not his just over life. When I walked out from there (without mentioning when this week), I promised myself not to go back. I'm no Engineer, so to ask me questions like I'm supposed to know the answer, then look at me like I'm some dope for not knowing, is just uninviting. The reason why I go there is to work alongside professionals and I pay for help, but this week I felt like I've been laughed at.

Have had several issues with my new setup and been stuck on site waiting for service to come out and repair but no show. Customer service at the Sydney store is bad and will never go back there again. Not happy

Buy Australian if you want quality and Spitwater is the ultimate locally manufactured solution. Local service, local parts inventory, staff eager and happy to assist.

Too many Chinese imports from Alibaba flooding the market. The Chinese imports have no local service center, no local parts supply and the seller doesn't want to hear from you again when something goes wrong.

If you value your business and require dependable tools at your disposal, Spitwater is the way to go.

Great products and great service, good to see that products can still be manufactured in Australia.
