I first met Dylan after I injured my back and had severe pain in my spine. During the first session, he took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, listening attentively to my concerns and questions.

Throughout my rehabilitation journey, Dylan has been an invaluable resource. He not only provided chiropractic adjustments that brought me relief from my injury, but he also went above and beyond by offering guidance on recovery workouts, functional exercises, and stretches to complement my treatment plan. His holistic approach to my recovery was instrumental in getting me back on track.

He took the time to explain the mechanics of my injury and how each treatment he administered was contributing to my healing process. This level of transparency helped me better understand my condition and gave me confidence in the care I was receiving.

I'm happy to say that with Dylan's expertise and guidance, I've made significant progress in my rehabilitation journey. My back is much stronger, and I've regained my mobility and overall quality of life.

Definitely recommend Lorenzo if you’ve had an injury/surgery and need a knowledgeable physiotherapist to get you back on track with what ever you do.

Had an ACL recon 3 years ago, first physio I went to didn’t do justice - minimal capture of my performance, hardly educated me on my circumstance etc.end result for me was that I needed a second surgery to remove scar tissues etc after 12 months.

This was a blow to me since I wanted to get back into football (️). Mate of mine recommended Lorenzo - best choice I’ve made. I’m 12 months post my second surgery and I feel better than ever - still some more work to be done but getting there (more work from me).

Lorenzo’s passion for his field is what makes him great - he wants to make sure you get the results you want, if I fail he fails and I love that because it keeps me motivated and I know I’m getting the best service for my buck. He has a well set program for me, constantly tracks my progress, alters my exercises based on my progress, sets realistic and achievable targets/goals (which I think is so important mentally for anyone), and is very educational hence is able to provide detailed info on your situation.

I’ve been a patient of Lorenzo for five years my first encounter with Lorenzo was in regards to a dislocated tailbone which I had been suffering for five months prior to visiting Lorenzo. I had been to a five different Physiotherapy/chiropractors that my GP had recommended in regards to my dislocated tailbone unfortunately no success.
(unfortunately with a few of the physiotherapist/chiropractor were uncomfortable in treating me for my tailbone issues)
This started to affect my work and a friend had recommended Lorenzo to me. (Best thing ever)
my pain continued until I had my first session with Lorenzo, if it wasn’t for Lorenzo I think I would still be suffering till this day.within my first session I had so much relief for the first time in five months from all the suffering that I’ve been going through.

Ever since then my trust in Lorenzo and his team are endless. For many years I have suffered from bad posture issues as well, Lorenzo helped with my posture issues and my most recent treatment with Lorenzo and the team has been for a broken right ankle and Fractured my left foot, Lorenzo has been there step-by-step, even calling in on me to see how my progress was going at home.

When I saw Lorenzo intially he was helpful and spent to the time to understand my issues and treat me. Over time the service turned into a money grab where a new graduate chiro did the service and Lorenzo sent less than 5 minute actually servicing. They did not provide any education or prescribe excerciaes. I then saw another chiropractor who prices where nearly half and they spent time to help me. They quickly solved my issues and I can excercises in ways that Lorenzo advised I would never be able to return to. I also got orthotics from Lorenzo at exorbitant price. I have now gone to a podiatrist who essentially said they just buy moulds and put there own plastic on it. So they where never customised. I would not recommend seeing this chiropractor. They are skilled at marketing and keeping you engaged with peddling they treat athlete but the innate treatment is subpar at high prices.

The team at spinal and sports care go above and beyond for their patients. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough (Alex) especially! The receptionists are always absolutely amazing, kind, understanding and so welcoming.:)

I've had 3 sessions now for a sore lower back that has put me out of commission. Zoe and Nat are absolute professionals who have taken wonderful care of me. After 3 sessions, I'm well on the mend and very keen on ongoing treatment. Call me crazy but my physio treatments have become the highlight of my week with the amount of relief that I'm getting. Alex is an absolute God send! He is informative, kind, passionate and has helped me so much the past couple of weeks. I could barely move and he healed the pain, made me a management plan and has given me so much happiness! Thank you Alex for everything you have done and continue to do. Rob is the best physio I have ever been to. He fixed my back pain which was happening for more than year in a jiffy. He fundamentally understand regional interdependence. Will absolutely recommend him to anyone.

I crawled in back in June with seized back and after 1 day chiro treatment by amazing Natalie I could walk. It took a lots of appointments and massaging by Savo and exercising with help of Zoe but my herniated disc seems to behave due to this very skilled, professional and helpful people at Spinal & Sports Care. Keep up the good work! I I must say their receptionist at Parramatta are one of the kindest on the planet!

Don’t come here. My partner had electrode treatment few months ago with Phil. He left the electrodes on his leg and went out the room. My partner had to scream since the electrodes were burning his leg and someone had to come into the room to switch it off. It left a big circular burn on his leg which soon afterwards got infected. When we called Phil to talk about it afterwards, he said that the burn was there before and did not accept any responsibility or apologise for his unprofessionalism. Any sane person would know if they had a burn on their leg before the treatment in the same exact area. A simple sorry would have been sufficient from Phil not instead he chose to be defensive and hide his error. Do not come to this place - it’s clear that staff have an integrity issue

I come to this clinic and the one in Castle Hill for my chiropractic treatments. I always see Phillip for a fair bit of sessions and he is very professional, friendly and was able to diagnose and help fix my issues very effectively. I always feel fresher and a lot better after my treatments as he made my back, neck and shoulders feel a lot more relaxed than when I first came in. Highly recommended.

Been going to these guys for years. I've been to several practitioners in the past, but nobody comes close. From the reception staff to the masseurs, physios and chiros, they genuinely care about you. I've recommended dozens of people over the years and nobody has been disappointed. They stay abreast of any advancements available. I can't sing their praises loudly enough. I've made a real mess of myself at times and they've always got me back on track. My family have all seen them; aged from 5-93.

After 8 years of shoulder issues followed with surgery and seeing many professionals this place of wonderful professionals have finally been able to get my shoulder to a stable state of comfort allowing me to resume a normal life once again. The rehab plans are detailed and very personalized. They are truly here for the care of the clients and are not interested in wasting your time or money. A special thanks to Phil who has been the lead on my case. From day 1 he has had the perfect approach and professionally diagnosed me correctly from the get go. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking the best care available for their life long injuries.
