Terrible. Booked them in - confirmed the day before that someone was scheduled to come out the next morning and then they no-showed. I chased them up and phoned the number on their website, and they said they'd get someone to call me right away. Then nothing again. Messaged them and then they said they couldn't help me.
Pathetic, definitely don't go with them.
Wouldn't trust them as far as I can throw them.
