We have used Sphere Finance several times over the last few years, for preapproval, then the purchase of new home and the sale and purchase of a new investment property as well us updating our loans as required. We can not fault their service and expertise in all areas of these transactions which can often be very stressful. They always went out of their way to make things happen in a timely manner. Their knowledge and service is number one! We highly recommend them!
