Sphere Drones

Absolutely hopeless, find someone else. I've asked for a price and the delivery date. 1 star for responding. Closest bit of information I got was they receive drones in a months time that's the sort of misinformation I'm receiving from this company, just hopeless

I have purchased drone equipment from Sphere on a number of occasions whilst visiting Sydney and have found the sales and after-sales service to be exceptional.

The best place to go for anything drone related in Sydney. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Rip off, Not the best service or price, I was told to change 1 arm on my DJI mini on phone will be around $120-$150 the lady wouldn’t stop calling me to take it so I took time off work to go there then when I went there to book it in they wanted to charge me $150 just to assess the drone which it didn’t need I told them I just want the arm replaced as was told on phone but they want to charge $150 plus parts and then labor so total $250-$350 to replace a arm which is $40 do your research before going there and all the good reviews are fake

My Tello drone was 3 months out of warranty and stopped working. Sphere offered to waiver the $150 inspection fee and treat the repair as a warranty item. Would recommend anyone to use them.

I don’t normally right reviews but Elliot from Sphere drones went out of his way to help me solve a problem with a drone I hadn’t purchased from there store and even took the time to help me understand some of the regulations I was unfamiliar with. Than you

These guys are not backyard hobbiest, this is a top end facilty for drones whatever your requirements, hint this place is used a lot by government and industry

A bunch of crooks try to rip me off charged me $600 for for control board for my mavicPro plus wanted to give me $250 for my fricking drone that they can get like $700 in parts. And the controller board on a DJi website is $400 not 600

Great company and awesome customer service. Paid a bit more when purchased however the after sales support has made up for this! Would recommend to anyone serious with drones

Excellent customer service. I bought a Mavic Air about 5 months ago and had a problem with my remote controller so I brought it to the shop so they can have a look. Joey and the whole team was super helpful. Took the remote controller and sent it to DJI, a week later it was replaced, and they kept me informed at every stage. Super friendly and passionate team. Exactly what's needed to run a good business, well done and thanks again guys!
