7Last time I put fuel for $19.95 but in my card I just had $19.94. When I went to pay for my fuel. Indian guy was on the store and I told him it was by mistake and it’s not even a single cent but he was yelling and at me swearing at me so loudly and he said don’t come here again. We don’t want to loose our business. And it was not even single cent. That’s the bad experience that I even had in my life.
Appalling service from an appalling mechanic. My wife took her BMW 3 series to Speedway Ingleburn to have it serviced. When she returned home and parked her car in our new driveway, she went out a few minutes later, only to find that engine oil had leaked all over our new driveway from her car. She took several photos and tried to contact the mechanic, including sending him the pictures of the oil leak, but he never responded. The following morning, she very carefully drove her car back to Speedway Ingleburn, to have her car fixed, and engine cleaned, but the mechanic was not there, so she went to another mechanic in the area who fixed it and told her that the previous mechanic had not properly serviced the car, and that's why the engine oil had leaked everywhere. He told her she was very lucky that she lived close by, otherwise her engine could have blown with all the oil leaking out. My wife then returned to the Speedway Ingleburn mechanic, who argued with her and made several claims, saying it was not his fault. He finally agreed to refund her money, but kept delaying the refund, claiming it was the insurance company's fault, then his boss's fault, and he continued to blame everyone else, but still refused to refund the money. My wife's English is not very good, so he took complete advantage of her. This is one of the WORST mechanics I have been involved with. I will NEVER AGAIN take mine, or my wife's car to Speedway Ingleburn either for petrol or mechanical services!
TRAVELLERS BEWARE - SIMPLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
When we were trying to pay for our fuel, the worker baselessly claimed we used the pump twice when we did not, and slapped a $15 charge on top of the bill (never heard of an extra charge for using the pump twice?) Spent over 30 mins arguing and he refused to look at CCTV footage. Worker is either trying to scam customers or highly incompetent.
Don’t take your car to the mechanic. Paid for service a week later car over heated. Took to another mechanic oil was never done filter wasn’t changed like he said it was and there was only water not coolant in the vehicle. When I picked up the car the air bag light was also on he cleared it and it came back on within minutes. No idea what they have done to my car but it’s stuffed and now I have to pay thousands to get it all sorted.
Was coming back from pool and cheap enough beats waiting 30 minutes at costco to save 4 cents, which u lose on the waiting
I think I’ve seen it all. On Sat 15 Apr 23 at 8am I walk in to pay for petrol and the guy at the register is clipping his toe nails. I even told him it’s disgusting and not appropriate for work place. What on earth has come of Australia. I walked out gagging as he continued to clip after I paid
Always great service from Waseem at this speedway, food always hot and drinks always cold!
