Best decision I’ve ever made! I was hesitant at first but now it’s a part of my lifestyle. I work full time and have a child so a quick and efficient workout is what I was looking for and definitely what I got! It fits around my schedule, I’m in and out in half an hour and the workouts are amazing. Shout out to the staff who are always able to answer any question with honesty and push you to become the best version of yourself
Struggling with a niggling back problem, this workout has been brilliant. Not only is the back better, but I am back every week for more.pushing myself and enjoying every minute of it!
A great workout if you’re time poor and want to activate muscles you’re struggling to switch on via traditional strength training methods! Team are really helpful, fun and make the session really enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This is my kind of workout! I feel I can push myself harder without causing injuries (or making the ones I have worse!). I finally feel I am achieving my strength goals without having to spend hours at the gym. Speedfit@home has been a wonderful addition during lockdown as well!

The team is great and it's 20 minutes once a week. Great if your time poor, fantastic for recovery.
Been training at speedfit for about 6 to 7 months and it truly is great workout. You only need approx. 20 mins per week to the benefit of this innovative routine plus this is perfect if you have been injured but still want to keep up with your fitness routine. All your major body's muscle groups are working for 20 mins and you do really feel like you would after a HIIT class or crossfit!
