I've been going since early 2023. Zuzana and the team are great. If you don't feel motivated enough to do regular gym like I am check it out!
For me, the EMS doubles up to loosen tight muscles, as Chiros/Physios use EMS as well to treat muscular aches and pains.

I could not recommend Speedfit highly enough, I have been injury prone these past couple of years which had restricted my training and fitness, from breaking my leg to tearing my rotated cuff, and it was very painful to train. Thankfully a friend introduced me to Speedfit which has helped me significantly, I can train with no pain and see major progress in the last 5 weeks since I’ve joined. The team are very helpful and friendly and can not do enough whilst there. The facilities and services they provide are top class and I would recommend anybody considering to sign up to do so, Thank you Speed fit

Speedfit workout is smart workout regime that enables you to have a work, life balance. Personally I feel EMS should be slotted once a week into ones workout program.

Speedfit has been a fantastic metabolism booster for me. I have been and will always recommend Speedfit to everyone I know. The trainers are very friendly and make sure to push you to work out harder with ease. And just 20 mins a week a journey towards being fit. I'm loving it!
