They are a very general glasses shop, not much different from what I would expect. The staff were very friendly

Fantastic experience. All staff, front of house and within the consulting rooms - floorless. Friendly, articulate, professional and highly capable. I am tempted to try to hire the lot of them to run a business for me; Specsavers take note - I hope that you are paying them enough!

I attended Specsavers on Saturday to donate my sunglasses. The assistance I received was amazing and my sunglasses were saved and put back into shape. Great customer service and would recommend.

All staff so very helpful. I went for the 2 pair option which I received very quickly and returned 6 months later to get an additional pair for driving once again super service thank you.
So pleased we are helping the communities in remote parts of Australia too!

The store was super busy but with everyone chipping in we were seen on time and with courtesy and no questions went unanswered.

I was helped by Aiden when selecting frames and when I picked up my new glasses. Both times he was a pleasure to deal with, helpful and knowledgeable about products.

I walked in today to get my glasses tightened- Aidan served me very quickly. He was kind, polite and very attentive!

Aidan was brilliant - no fuss, friendly and super efficient. I walked out with several pairs of reading glasses and then went back and got some sunglasses. Great service - highly recommend.

Recently went to Specsavers Balgowlah for my annual check up. Great optometrist and support staff. Love my new glasses and sunnies. Would highly recommend them.

One of the nose pads came off my glasses and Aidan helped by replacing the glasses and he put better pads on the new glasses. He also tightened the arms and refitted two pairs of glasses for me. He cleaned them beautifully too. He was very personable and it was a great experience.

The team in Balgowlah are always so helpful and professional. Nothing is ever a problem!

They turned a pair of awesome sunglasses into vision glasses for me and I love them!

Great service from Aidan. Very efficient and friendly. Great knowledge on HCF rebates and minimising out-of-pocket expense.

One of the arms of my came off so I went to the Stockland store to see what could be done. Unfortunately, I do need to get a new pair.
The team managed to get me in for an eye-check. All very efficient and professional.
Aidan, had been most helpful and patient when I tried at least a dozen frames. He was just as professional when helping an older customer adjusting and cleaning her. Good work, Aidan.

1 day before Christmas and I broke my sunnies … thinking I would have to live with a sticky-tape solution for 10 days at the beach. But NO! Specsavers Balgowlah found some spare arms from a different set of glasses, fitted them and had me on my way with no charge. To top it off, they’ve now fully replaced the frame at no charge… (remember it was me who broke the glasses)
Above and beyond service that is rare to find these days…
