Specsavers Shellharbour team are experienced, professional, helpful and friendly.
The range of frames has something to suit every face. Kids to elderly the knowledge of staff is apparent in the patience they show while assisting in the choice of frames.
I wouldn’t go any where else.

Great experience at Aspley Specsavers today.
Dropped in without an appointment and was served straight away and the little nose pads on my glasses were replaced within a couple of minutes.
Couldn't ask for anything more.

The team at Specsavers Shellharbour are courteous, informative and knowledgeable in their business. Their quick and efficient service meant I was tended to with professionalism and best of all, no wasted time waiting to be served. My glasses arrived a week earlier than the expected date which proves the great service flows through the entire business.

5 stars for the optometrist, getting my eyes tested and help choosing frames but that’s where the 5 stars end!
Had to make an appointment to pick my glasses up. Was given them to put on and a laminated card to read to make sure I could see. Yes I could. Glasses put in a bag and told see you next time and off she went!
What on earth happened to having them correctly fitted?
Now I have to waste my time to go back and have someone actually fit them so they don’t constantly fall off my face while trying to see anything! Bring back the fitting like you use to have! Hope there’s no spelling mistakes in this as I can’t actually see as my glasses are again on the floor when they slipped off AGAIN!
Oh, and don’t get me started on Specsavers egg cartons covered in fake grass new glasses cases! They are disgusting! Lime green and sky blue. I most certainly won’t be pulling those cases out in public!

Thorough with testing, both optical and hearing. Staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. Great range of frames.

Far too often people will complain about the quality of a product or service they receive. I wanted to take a moment and provide some positive feedback on my recent experience with your Shellharbour branch. Good customer service is very hard to find these days but all of your staff members made the experience a pleasant one. Well done!

Went into the store to get an eye check and the optometrist (Yavani Mudaly) was really rude, aggressive and addgitated when speaking to me. Basically told me I needed a referral to get and eye check. She did the eye check for me that day but she said for me to get my results is to get my doctor to send the store a referral and she will send whatever she needs.
Worst customer service experience I've had!

Hubby and i had our yearly eyetests today and Nathan at the shellharbour location went above and beyond to help us and made the whole process super easy, while being very informative, easy going, had a laugh and worked out the most cost effective way to complete our purchases.thank you for your great customer service skills, we need more people like you working with people for everydays needs:)

I am so happy with spec savers for my new glasses both short sighted and reading glasses, it makes me more proud that my contribution goes towards the Fred Hollow foundation

I had a recent trip to Specsavers Shellharbour and found them to be very efficient, professional and on time. Didn't try to push me into further services and was very reasonable with prices. I will certainly go back there as they are now my preferred Optometrist.

I returned to the store today to choose my new frames. Nathan carefully helped me select my glasses, he was patient & kind, I cannot speak highly enough of him. Thank you Nathan, I’m looking forward to getting my new glasses.

I had an eye test and ordered some new glasses, and was helped by Amy at the Aspley Hypermarket store, she was fantastic and so calm and helpful especially with choosing my frames. I really enjoyed my experience at the store and especially the help from Amy who is clearly in the right job. Give her a raise, she’s a credit to your store! The optometrist who assisted me was also excellent and unfortunately I didn’t note down her name. She helped me with some eye issues I had been having and I now know it is allergies and have been able to recover from the problem which is wonderful.

I haven't shopped at Specsavers before. Such a great experience. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and, what's more important, super effiecient. Very happy with my new glasses!

I recently had my bi annual eye check at Shellharbour Store. The staff couldn’t do enough for me… even had a free hearing test. The girls were so happy and friendly.

Incredible customer service by Tristan. He explained how to put contacts in and remove them so clearly and in depth. Made it quite easy to understand the process.
Always fast service from every one who works there.
