I went into specs savers today to purchase some glasses and was told I required another eye test (thank you to the lady who originally helped me however getting my eyes tested / having the pressure tests makes me extremely anxious. Sarah performed the pressure test for me and treated me as if I wasn’t a client but a friend, she laughed with me and made me feel extremely comfortable in such an anxious/awkward time. I genuinely believe that all work places need someone like Sarah. She was very accomodating, sweet and just a genuine happy person, I felt no judgement at all. Both my partner and I walked out of the store extremely impressed and would happily come back to the store over and over again whilst receiving service like that. Thank you to everyone who helped us today but most of all thank you to Sarah for being empathetic, kind and just a genuinely sweet person to deal with.

Although they have very nice staff and customer service, they are not doing well regarding timing. They told me it will take 2-3 weeks to change the lenses of my glasses, I understand the holidays might affected it but it’s now 4 weeks that I’m waiting for my glasses. If they would have told me 4 weeks I wouldn’t have left it with them. Also today we called them and they have received a box of glasses but they haven’t checked it yet. I expected them to check the delivered glasses when they receive them rather than leaving them aside for a later time as people are waiting for their glasses.

I have previously tried many different optometrists until I found Specsavers on the Level 1 of Miranda Westfield. You cannot go past the great attention, charism and knowledge that Donna has. She looks at your face and knows exactly what frame you need - I have been going there for 3 years now and highly recommend you book an appointment and go see Donna.
Last time I went, I was also very pleasantly surprise with a young man called Liam. He was very kind and careful with my 7yo daughter who needed an eye test. And when we went to get our glasses, he fitted them and was very gentle.
Honestly best two optical assistants I’ve had and I’ve worn glasses for many years now. Donna and Liam deserve a raise!
I couldn’t recommend them enough!
