Specsavers Optometrists - Blacktown Westpoint S/C

I am very grateful and thankful to Alan. He ensured that I had the best lenses for my poor vision. He took the time to sit with me and explain my options and he even personally ordered my glasses for me. I was very impressed to see the owner of the store show such compassion and dedication to his clients, he is very knowledgeable and hard working with outstanding customer service skills. During my initial appointment I was with Simi in the beginning, but because I have unique eyes she ended up collaborating with Alan and they both worked together for some time to ensure that I had the best support for my eyes. I am now able to see when I drive and go shopping etc, such a game changer for me. Alan and Simi really impacted my everyday way of life and I am so very grateful to them.

I was served by Danielle (the woman with red hair) when I first went in store. She took my details then told me there would be a wait. I waited for an hour and a half. I had my eyes checked and it was then realised by the optometrist that they had all the wrong details since Danielle put all the information into the computer. I would need to have my eyes retested and was bumped back down the list. I stormed out. This was totally unprofessional for this information not to be doubled checked at the start. And please go not get me started on the race issues in this store. If you are of a certain race you get priority and treated a lot differently than if your not. I will not be returning to this store and i definitely will not be recommending it to anyone

I was assisted by Simi, who was very patient with me, she explained all the costs involved & what would suit me in relation to lens for my glasses. Simi is an asset to Specsavers, Blacktown.

Neha was really great, she helped to choose really good pairs of glasses and made sure to let me know of their current promos.

Simi was really nice to me and made me feel really comfortable around her. She also made me laugh and I think simi is a really good worker

My glasses took longer than I was promised, then sun glass weren’t tinted so had to be sent back, got sunglasses back but glass out of focus, back they went to Blacktown branch, still waiting, would I recommend spec savers?

Sim, give us one of the best Customer service and she patiently explained all of the option and brief us very well that makes us easy and quick to take decisions for glasses and lenses

I went to Specsavers for a refitting for my two eyeglasses that I bought from there. There were two lovely ladies who went above and beyond to my expectations, very accommodating and helped me. I was at your Blacktown store today and was serviced by a lovely lady call Gurjinder. She is very helpful and explained things clearly. Her knowledge of the products are excellent and her customer service is one of the best. Keep up the good job Gurjinder.

Service is very good at the Blacktown Branch. I get my eye tests and spectacles from them usually.

I was so impressed with how the optometrist ensured he had the right result for me. The staff were amazing all round making sure I was comfortable with my choices. While picking up my glasses I also observed how nice staff were with other patients especially the elderly.

Pathetic, I am still waiting for almost 2 months someone to call me which I was promised. I have disability from Cancer which is causing me double vision. I visited Specsavers to fix the problem but none of the staff know how to help. They are only talking about money how much it will cost but no empathy towards a patient. Specsavers are just money making. About 9 ago I had spent 800 tomade a 3 pair of grasses with them.

Was approached by Kristina. Very friendly and excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable about the products and gave a clear outline of the types of lens options. Will definitely purchase here again in the future. Highly recommended.

I had my eyes checked last week and the optometrist was really nice and so patient with me. Then she called Kristina to assist me to find the right glasses for me. She was so lovely and friendly. She explained to me why getting a new frame is better than replacing the lenses using my old frame. She knows what I need on my eyeglasses like anti glare, anti scratch, thin lenses to suit my ultralight frame to make it even more lighter, so I got two eye glasses at a low price. She made everything so easy for me.

Today was my first time visiting Blacktown's Specsavers and it was an absolute delight from first entering.
Staff member Amneh greeted me in and staff member Christine helped me out with selecting my final choice of frames. Their customer service was impeccable and the dynamic between the two, pleasant.
I would definitely visit again just to see the lovely pair, they made the experience very easy and enjoyable.
