Liina, Mark & Michelle are just magnificent at the optometry but also the care for customers - I recently required some specific tests and they performed them with care and compassion along with following up when Liina saw me on the street. I have had glasses not fit or feel right and it was rectified and whole new frames arranged. I have been using Specsavers for over 10 years - accepting the health fund and maximising your benefits so you have less out of pocket.

Have to say a big thank you to Liina Hurrell. Helped me above and beyond to get my glasses back to me before I moved 900 odd kms away.

I have used SpecSavers Ingleburn for over 10 years and will continue to travel back there even after moving. The personal service I receive is second to none. The staff take the time to know you and make your visit a personal one. I have always dealt with Optician Liina and I must say she has gone above and beyond to assist me, especially in choosing frames to suit, something my shyness makes impossible. After sales service is also brilliant. Cannot fault this store whatsoever.

Great team and excellent service. Went in for an eye test for driver’s license, they found the eye pressure was high. Staff was really nice they helped me book another appointment in a couple of weeks. On the next appointment they not just tested the pressure but also performed a special test to check weather the pressure had damaged to my eye. Not that I was not happy to pay but all this was done for free. Thanks again guys. Really appreciate your work.
