Hi Spec-savers, I would like to make a formal complaint, I got my eyes checked and my specs made from your parramatta branch in Westfield. The prescription was totally incorrect which caused immense irritation while using the specs. I have and got my eyes rechecked and gotten new specs from another vendor and I can see perfectly fine without any irritation! Kindly provide details on how I can make a formal complaint before I start mentioning names of optometrist on your reviews

I had an amazing experience with the staff at Spec savers level5. Every staff in this branch is highly trained to support the clients. I live in Blacktown but I am very happy to go and get the service from Patramatta because of the staff in this branch.
Specially the staff named Carol helped me going out of her way to help me with my glasses. She understood my anxiety of wearing glasses for the first time and provided necessary support to organise the glasses according to my need. I would highly recommend this place.

Yesterday I came in to get my glasses frames adjusted and the lovely Tracey helped me out. She was so warm and welcoming I’ll definitely be coming back!

Swathi was very informative and made me feel comfortable, unfortunately she didn't explain the cost, in saying that I didn't ask.
Priyanka was very patient with me being fussy over my choice of frames.cost was not bad on frames as there was a special on.cost of lens was comparative.
