I work in the centre and my glasses (from specsavers) were dirty from unpacking lots of stock. Realising i didn’t bring any cleaner with me I popped into specsavers to buy cleaning spray and a cloth but the lady offered to clean them for me on the spot so I could get back to work quickly. This was so sweet and I’m so grateful. I wish I had gotten her name but from one retail queen to another…thank you!

Best eye exam ever! I have worn glasses for decades and have had several examinations over the years. I recently went to the Erina branch and was greeted by Brooke who fitted me in for an examination later that day. The optometrist I saw was Jason. What an awesome experience, he was great, took me through my results in detail explaining as he went. He was open to questions and so polite and professional. My consultation was most definitely a great experience. Not forgetting Brooke who assisted me in selecting my new frames, offering me lots of choice and advice. Brooke is very easy to talk to and goes that extra mile with her customers. Really super nice people.many Thanks.

Generally happy with everything. The only things stopping me giving 5-stars is the age old thing of the specs not sitting right / sliding within 1/2 an hour of leaving the store. Such a shame when combined with the fact you pay more than 2 and a half times the "2 pair for. " price to get what you need.

Was a great experience. All staff including the optometrist were personable, efficient, knowledgeable, understanding and very helpful.
My only concern was the 2 - 3 week wait for new glasses.

Thanks for working with me to get my new glasses just right.:) The new prescription they gave me was great, but it turned out that I couldn't use strong astigmatism correction. They changed the lenses and re-tested my eyes for free. We were able to find a perfect prescription in between the strong one and the old one. 5/5 because I was able to try both prescriptions; it can be hard to predict how much stronger prescriptions will work in your daily life.

Both optometrists tested thoroughly and really made sure my glasses would help. I found the staff to be very helpful, but also patient with extensive browsing. Great experience, and I'm very happy with my glasses.

The whole process of getting new glasses was very streamlined. The staff were friendly and helpful, the eye tests and optometrist were quick and thorough and the quality of the products is excellent. Cannot fault Specsavers.

Have been wearing glasses for over 20 years but first time experience with Specsavets & was pleasantly surprised. However, I do feel that a little more time should be devoted to ensuring glasses fit correctly. I felt quite pressured despite booking an appointment I still had to wait & staff do. It ensure glasses are sitting corrected. Instead they ask you if they sit alright. This was a negative fir me however I was very impressed with the optometrist & would happily see him again.

At Specsavers at Erina Fair, my wife and I were treated like members of their families. It was a great and soothing experience and we are extremely thankful for it. We wish you all the best. Merry Christmas everyone. We will see you again in 2023.
