Being self conscious and trying to come to terms with having to wear glasses as i get older, i cannot thank Ravi and his team (especially Shavani) enough for their help and making me extremely comfortable throughout the process. Ravi with his expert explanation as to why this is happening to me and Shavani for putting me at ease with her infectious smile helped make me come to terms with the fact that i needed glasses after 42 years of perfect vision. Specsavers looked after me so well, they really care about your eyes and about you yourself, very kind and caring. Great frames at great prices and they donate money to the Fred Hollows Foundation which is such a fantastic thing to see this going towards a foundation like this. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my eye health.

The staff at Merrylands spec-savers are absolutely amazing and ambitious including haseeb, almina, lucyl mary have been superb with there service and professionalism highly recommend giving them a visit.

I visited Specsavers and Shereen was the optometrist looking after me. She was professional, friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and performed the assessments efficiently. Caroline was the sales associate who was also very helpful. She confirmed my purchase, was very accommodating.
