63These guys are legend. I have saved a lot of money coming to these people. Kealie is the best there will look after you. She explains everything in detail. I will be coming back here for now on.
Booking very simple on line or over the phone. When I got there the attention was upstanding from start to end. Got the test done, and the went to talk to the optometrist, and she enquire about my family history (first time at this centre) and recommended extra tests. I got the extra test done 3 weeks after, when picking up my new glasses. Definitely will be returning to this branch from now on. Thank you Team!
Sarah was amazing and so pleasant to deal with. Was full of knowledge and made my son so comfortable with the process. Overall am very happy with the customer service

I’ve been with specsavers for as long as I can remember and their service has always been satisfactory but nothing spectacular.
I was excited when Oscar Wylee opened upstairs around the corner, as I was hoping to change optometrist and their glasses looked super awesome!
However, since my last appointment with Specsavers I’ve changed my mind as after all these years, I finally had good customer service! I have to give a shout out to Kealie as she is the reason why I have stayed with Specsavers and have also booked my other children in to get their prescriptions and frames.
Unfortunately today we didn’t get to see Kealie as she was with other clients, so we missed out on her friendly service and professional opinion and walked away not as satisfied.
I hope Specsavers can train their staff to be more informative, helpful and with great communication skills as Kealie, as I always look forward to seeing her friendly face when I step into Specsavers. Five stars for Kealie!

So I came in today (following day) to pay for my son’s glasses as I had promised Homma. Who I have found to be the most sweetest, kindest and caring optometrist (didn’t want to disappoint her and not show up, as she had gone out of her way to get the quote done for me wthout payment etc) However she was not in and I knew right from the start it was going to be made complicated when the lady with the Ted Baker glasses served me. I found her service to be quite rude, condescending and patronising.
She sat me down and asked me a million questions. I just wanted to pay the quote that was given to me yesterday and go.
I asked her when was Homma going to be in and she replied “she’s an optometrist, she’s not going to sit down with you and go through all this” I was shocked and replied “I dnt need her to sit down with me, I just need someone who’s on the same page as me and can refer me to someone who will let me pay so I can go” I don’t know how something so simple can be made so complicated!
Also when I came in with my golden ticket to get a discount on my son’s glasses she said no. Her justification was because of his prescription which didn’t make sense to me. I was really disappointed because what was the point of the Golden ticket. Then she went to get a second opinion and said “Oh he can get the discount on his frames, just not the lens” I just thought to myself omg obviously.
It even says so on the ticket and his frames are exactly $199 that’s why I brought the ticket in. How does an employee of Specsavers not know their own promotions?
Sooo disappointed with this interaction today, I stormed off without getting to pay for my son’s glasses. Not happy
10/10 highly recommend SpecSavers Bankstown.
The optometrists know their stuff unlike Oscar Wylee ‘optometrists’ who have to guess your retinal disease.
Mariella is one of the best out there. She’s professional, friendly and understanding of each customers need. Mariella is thorough with the testing which is important, never rushed.
Lee is the manager and she is fantastic. She greets everyone with a bright and happy demeanour which makes us feel welcome and cements the fact we made a great choice choosing SpecSavers Bankstown.
I won’t go anywhere else. I know the staff and they know me well enough to take good care of me.
One of the worst spec savers around. Never again I will go there to bankstown store. Learn to be real and be passionate from Ur heart not be fake cos you don't care.
Clean store with friendly staff, in particular miss Homma Ebrahimi, very friendly knowledgable & genuine. Went above and beyond and made sure to explain everything thoroughly

Went to Bankstown spec savers to purchase new glasses and received the best service from a staff member called Ella. She explained clearly my options with different lenses and benefits. I think she deserves a bonus for her awesome assistance.
I've been served by Ms. Rahma. She is patience and has good knowledge on different type of frames. She is also not the type that will push you if you're not comfortable to proceed.
I had a professional experience at Spec Savers Bankstown. Jenny the sales lady was very patient and helpful when it came to me choosing my new frames.

Excellent service from Rahma at Bankstown today. She was helpful with selecting the frames and explaining the differences of metal and plastic frames. You don't see many people give you service with a smile like Rahma!
I have been using specsavers for 18 years from menai to rockdale casula fantastic service but BANKSTOWN will never go there again picked up new set of glasses went back had a problem which I thought I did tried to get an explanation 1 girl to the other girl and another girl not one could explain but went over to the cashier started laughing and giggling whatever happened to the good old service NO WORRIES We will look into it not 1 smile or suggestions or offer to resolve need to change management or supervisor what a waste of my money
