Specsavers North Sydney has a wonderful team of professionals offering consistent levels of service, solutions and care to me and my teenage family. Ask for Jonathan, I found his knowledge and expertise outstanding!

The optometrist Craig was very professional and genuinely interested in the health of my eyes, making sure to follow up with me on some initial concerns he had with my scans to let me know he had looked into my file and based on my history there was nothing to worry about. The guys were also really helpful in choosing a new pair of frames. 5/5.

New store relocated from across the road — much larger and brighter now than the old store, but still very friendly staff and optometrists showcasing what customer service should be like. 5 stars.

First time to come to the shop as was trying to get some new glasses. Even when the store was really busy Isabella was very professional and attentive and gave me very good recommendations. Great service and attention!

I have met and been assisted by 3 optometrist as well their retail team. All of whom have been incredibly helpful. I had lost my glasses before Christmas and they were so incredibly helpful in fitting me in for an eye test as well as trying to get me lenses in a day (with a difficult prescription) so I could see until they could sort out my proper lenses and glasses. Due to my astigmatism I had trouble adjusting to my new glasses in 2023 and they were beyond helpful in testing my glasses to reassure me they were all in order. Rather my prescription takes time get use to. Would recommend for professionalism, accuracy and efficiency!

As a girl who has been wearing glasses nearly all my life, I cannot praise Jonathan and his team higher. From the moment I made the appointment with Specsaver North Sydney till now, I still have a smile on my face:)
I love my new glasses and they look so cute. I didn't have the usual new glasses dizziness from them and the quality is GOLD.

If you want to have someone who knows what they are doing with glasses and contact lens, you HAVE to come here!

Good purchasing experience. June did my eye test. Jimmy helped me to choose my frame and Lucas taught me how to put on and take off contact lenses! Jonathan was helpful too. Will come back for my next purchase.

Violet at thr North Sydney shop could not have been more professional and efficient in her recent dealings with me.

I recently had to seek help from Violet and Claudia @ SpecSavers to adjust my glasses (which is a service SpecSaver North Sydney offers when you buy new glasses). In truth I had stepped on my glasses and popped one of the lenses out and bent the frame. Without hesitation they worked to “adjust” my glasses and the glasses are back to normal. I was so impressed with the kind, courteous and friendly assistance they provided, they are both a credit to the business they are a part of.

I rarely write the review but Jimmy and Jun including other team members are so professional, friendly, and very patient. They provided good recommendations and helped to select the right frames and lens. Highly recommend you to visit this store as they follow the health and safety standard guideline. They clean all the frames after customers have tried (I found one of another brand in North Sydney does not) so I decided to buy new eye glasses at Specsavers in North Sydney.
I think it is worth to spend time to write the review when people are doing really great job.

Craig and the team are highly professional, helpful & efficient. Once again I am very happy with the glasses that were suggested.

This outlet restored my faith in Sydney people. The big smoke.where no one cares. But this shop does. I sat on my glasses.needed the lense put back in and a screw socket straightened. The lady at this outlet spent 15 minutes fixing my problem. Then wouldn't take payment. I buy some of my glasses from Spec Savers in Newcastle. I now find their caring attitude has spread to Sydney Will always use Spec Savers. Thank you, kind person from North Sydney

Excellent service from Craig and team. I needed some special paperwork done a couple months after getting new glasses -they took care of it without delay or extra cost. Great customer service!

It is my experience that Specsavers are becoming difficult on the service front. After a recent experience at my local North Sydney branch I wont be going back. Their awkwardness at dealing with issues relating to their customers satisfaction now grates with me. Likewise, they seem to have decided that they would rather not deal with unhappy customers who can just get lost. I will go to other shop next time or do online at fraction of their price like clearly, vision direct etc. The fact Specsavers will do anything to deny a refund despite paying higher price on everything then competitors and should serve as a warning to others.

I don't usually enjoy going to choose new glasses (hence my last ones in 2019 & scratched), however today was a very please experience at Specsavers. All staff were super friendly & keeping strict Covid hygiene standards In particular Jun & Johnathan (The store manager) were extremely professional & lovely to chat too. Looking forward to my new State of Art titanium glasses/ lenses 10/10

Compared with other store, this one is very disappointing, confusing and ineffective. (I really recommend Chatswood store which provides more professional organized service.)

I don't think I have ever had an Optometrist actually explain things to me - the Optometrist who I met at Specsavers, Chris took the effort and the time to explain my results - which was great. The other staff helping with the actual tests sa well as with the selection of glasses were super helpful too.
