We had an old aircon unit with add on gas heating replaced by a new but similar system. A long day job but we were very impressed by the dedication and teamwork of the installation team. The clean-up was good. The new system works well.

We ordered a new Fujitsu 9.5kw split System from Daniel and the team at Albury office a couple of Months ago and now the job is complete. Also the team took away our old Thermal Gas Wall Heater and patched and painted the wall where it had been and am quite happy as well as Taking out the old swampy and capping it. There were a few little niggly issues, mostly to do with the wet and damp weather but a call to Daniel and he was straight onto it and we didn't have to wait long for someone to come around and sort it out. I'd have no hesitation to deal with Daniel and the Team at Specialized Air Heating and Cooling in the future if the need arises.thanks for your service guys.

My Braemar ducted heater had stopped working at 18 months of age and having read some not so great reviews on this particular heater unit and Braemar support, i was a little concerned about the warranty claim process. However having lodged a warranty claim online, i was promptly contacted by a very friendly female operator (name unknowm) from Specialized Heating and Cooling (on a friday afternoon) who advised a tech would be attending the following day (Saturday) at 9am to inspect the unit and hopefully repair. To say i was wrapped was an understatement. The following day Jordan the technician arrived at 9am after having sent a text message prior to say he was on his way. Jordan was extremely professional and was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. Jordan advised he did not have the required part for the repair with him but would go and get it and return within hours to complete the job. Just like he said, Jordan had re-attended and completed the repair of our ducted heater. The level of service provided by Specialized Heating and Cooling is nothing short of outstanding.i could not be happier and I will be using this company in the future for other heating and cooling needs and i would very happily recommend them to everyone.
