5Dr Tessa Weir has been so helpful and is very responsive. She has been extra caring and supportive.
Hostile receptionists behave more like doormen than medical staff. Refuse to facilitate reasonable requests from patients. I have pending surgery and was denied by the receptionist to have a referral for pathology prior to seeing the doctor which in my experience is standard medical care. I was an existing patient of
Dr Gupta prior to her leaving and it now appears they wanted to charge me $330 to merely meet Dr Pandher. She wouldn’t even pass my request onto the doctor for him to make the decision. Cancelled appointment!
Rude receptionist, always pretending to be busy and discouraging of any reschedule. I wish they had better staff!
Dr Kuo is very friendly and likes to have a laugh, very professional when i was referred to him by my Gp.
Some of the receptionists are very ruid and irresponsible. Today one of them hang on me when I was enquiring about a follow up letter to my GP.
