All they care about is just charging and that’s it. Reports are not sent to the hospital or doctors even after numerous reminders. Had to go to this terrible place as directed by the health professional, will never go back or recommend to anyone.

I have been using this clinic for over 5 years and am very well looked after. Dr Magotti is a kind, patient and has a very gentle nature. I have my daughters attend this clinic I was so impressed after decades of seeing other gynaecologist for ongoing endo, adenomyosis and other health issues.

I was referred to here by my GP. This was my first time and was really so scared n anxious. It was such a positive experience, the receptionist was so helpful. Dr. Kerry and Dr. Jennifer are just wonderful. They answered all my questions patiently and made me so comfortable. The whole process was so seemless. Many thanks for the smooth process. This place is absolutely disgusting the receptionist is the most disgusting rude vial woman I've ever spoken to. Asked her a couple of questions and she was so beyond rude. Will never ever use this place again and highly recommend against anyone doing so it's horrible their staff treat people that way. Yuck!

I was referred to specialists women’s US by my doctor for a pelvic ultrasound. At first I was hesitant about the whole procedure, but Dr Magotti is gentle, kind and professional. He took me through the process of the scan and was very helpful in answering my questions. Highly recommended!

Very professional, dr magotti is very thorough and caring, he takes his time and makes sure he gets a good view before measuring he’s very reassuring and makes you feel calm when your going through a stressful time. Today was my second visit for a growth scan and the service is amazing we were made so welcome and talk you through everything that you can see on the scan and explain what everything is we even got to see a 4D picture of our baby’s face was absolutely amazing can’t thank the staff enough

Been to this clinic a few times during my pregnancy.they have always accommodated my requests even at short notices. Dr Robert is a thorough professional who is kind and patient as well. Never had an issue with the team at Specialist Ultrasound for Women at Blacktown.

I had an amazing experience visiting this ultrasound facility. Staff is very friendly and Dr Robert took us through the scan with every detail and answered all our queries very patiently.

Very thorough Ultrasound, Dr Magnotti took his time and did a great job.
The only disappointment was that I went here instead of a place that bulk bills to get good 4D Images and I don’t know whether the positioning of baby wasn’t great but I felt the images I received were terrible quality and definitely lower then my expectations. With my first pregnancy, we received 30 images and the 4 D images were fantastic and clear, these were not. This was at a different clinic.

Really lovely receptionist, and Dr Magotti is fantastic and makes you feel at ease. I have used Specialist Ultrasound for Women since viability scan, love the quality and care provided. Would definitely recommend.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. It's easy to find their place. And they charge the reasonable fee.

I was upset with the service. I paid 255$ for 3 D ultrasound but the result was not sent to referring dr when I went to hospital for appointment that was a week after my ultrasound day. My Dr needed to follow up with the ultrasound clinic asking result. Plus the clinic said they are filmless clinic and the images they sent to me on my phone are very poor quality and cannot even see the images well compared to my previous ultrasound clinic experience in wentworthville (PRP). I am not going to this ultrasound clinic again anymore. My $255 was totally a waste!

The sonographer was excellent, she took her time to check everything over properly and explained what she was doing as she was doing it.

Wonderful experience! The staff were very professional and kind. We were kept informed throughout the entire scan as to what they were looking at and as first time parents, this was important to me and my husband. A very comfortable experience and very competent staff. We felt like we were in good hands. Highly rated!

I would highly recommend that any person needing an ultrasound go to Specialist ultrasound for woman in Blacktown. They are a very professional team. In the 9 weeks i had to attend for my neonatal ultrasounds i was treated with dignity and respect.
The Radiologist Robert Mogatti is a very kind caring professional individual.
I especially loved my chats with the receptionist Donna each fortnight. 10 out of 10.

I changed to Specialist Ultrasound for Women half way through my twin pregnancy (born 21/6/2018) and am so happy I did. Dr Magotti and his staff were not only wonderful but accommodating. I often had to make last minute appointments and changes and found Donna at reception to always be very helpful going above and beyond not only always making things possible but providing an exceptional service. It was quiet evident that all the staff were not only very knowledgeable but cared about what they were doing starting at reception. I will definitely be using them again. Worst practices I have ever been too, reception staff incompetent, unprofessional, lack interpersonal and communication skills. Tried to paid from my scan twice was spoken by an incompetent and unprofessional reception staff which refused to give me her name and then was informed will not receive any imaging. Why no image? Was not explain a reasonable explanation. The medical professional also lacked any communication skill throughout the whole procedure and didn't even tell my husband or myself why imaging wasn't taken. If I could rate this place it would be a - 5. Horrible experience, needs to be investigated by the NSW health complaints office.

Nice facilities. Friendly, competent staff. I am happy to go back. Only room for improvement in my opinion is for thise doing ultrasounds to be a little more chatty and descriptive throughout examination to keep the patient more informed throughout.
