The technician was amazing. He was courteous and efficient. The receptionist with the long hair and red bandanna does not acknowledge anyone. I waited for her to finish typing, taking a phone call and fiddling with files. 5 minutes at least. I honestly do not mind waiting but please acknowledge my existence!

Mandeep is the star of the show! Reception staff is great and helpful, but she is an absolute asset to the imaging clinic!

I took my mum for her imaging procedure recently and we received great service from the staff. I want to congratulate on your excellent staff members, Mario and the reception. Mario really went ABOVE & BEYOND to meet all our needs. On top of his knowledge and explanation of the imaging procedure, Mario was so patient and friendly, and especially to my mum. I was so impressed with and appreciated Mario's kind manner, empathy and respect he showed my mum. He even changed the language setting for the instructions on the CT machine for mum as she is not a native English speaker! Your outstanding level of customer service made my time at th is clinic a real pleasure and I will definitely come back, and recommend the store to friends and family. Mario's a real keeper! Like others I've had many scans and ultrasounds over the years. Not only are the staff really kind and helpful from front desk to medical staff who are doing the scans, I was impressed at their "bedside" manner. Very professional, efficient, caring of the situation and courteous.

Awesome team. Right from reception through till technicians. Not going anywhere else ever.

I went here to get x rays done, the reception staff are lovely and attentive, the clinic is extremely clean, they were punctual and the young guy with the glasses who did my x ray was so professional and nice. I highly recommend this clinic and it’s literally two minutes from the station so very easy to access.

I came here 3rd time and the experience was fantastic

Mandy (or mandeep) is extremely rude, abrupt and is clearly not capable of providing quality customer service that reflects well upon this business which is pivotal for the health care field.

Where it is needed most Mandy under delivers and is every reason for me to not to go back to this practice.

I normally don't give 5 star reviews unless it is well deserved. I have been going to many different imaging and ultrasound centres because of their incompetence.

The sonographer lady with the Hijab that took my wife in was amazing and as professional as they get! We didn't have to wait at all, we were taken in on time of our appointment. Not only did my wife feel very comfortable with her but she also was very reassuring and made her feel safe and calm when doing the scans, which by default put me at ease. Highly appreciate the lady's work ethics and recommend this imaging centre. Had a very positive experience. Highly recommend.

Have been to this place a few times, very helpful service. Can often book for same day appointment. Some of these other negative reviews seem to be issues caused by the person reviewing eg. Coming to an appointment late, wrong booking or not providing a specification. Not the receptionists fault you’re mad and give a one star review.

I had best experience for Pelvic USS in Specialist Medical Imaging - Toongabbie. All the staffs were helpful in every stage of treatment. I would definitely recommend to visit this medical centre for their best experience of treatment.

Very poor administration even if you book appointments still on counter you have to face other issue. Not friendly and co operate staff I would not recommend this centre.

I made an appointment with this people next day I went to do xray later but they say I don't have any appointment and they start blaim me.this I'd not professional.even they didn't send any confirmation but ask me confirmation.

One of the best places for ultra sound as it provides wonderful service. Very kind and considerate staff, never fails to impress me.

Had a good experience. Minimal waiting time, friendly and experienced staff. Would highly recommend.

I would like to thank you all the lovely medical staff of “Specialist Medical Imaging” especially Mandy for helping out my brother with his queries and abdominal ultrasound. Your genuineness and intentions to help made him feel that he is in right and capable hands.

I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone if anyone needs to get their ultrasound or any scanning done. They are also charging less for the same thing what other imaginig centers are charging and their service and respond time is way quicker then others.
