I had my ultrasound and the lady who was doing the ultrasound was very rude and didn’t answer to my questions nicely and seems to be unprofessional

Professional and qualified staff with amazing customer service provided.the way of receiving and treating of patients was really great. Highly satisfied.

Need more staff. The same person did the ultrasound and the same person was at the reception. The staff did not explain the COVID rules before starting the Ultrasound. During the Ultrasound there had to be a female staff, who was not present. Very poor service.
