I have been treated by Sally many times since being referred to this practice early 2019. My latest visit was yesterday. After 3 badly done root canal treatments by my previous dentist, the diagnostics, expertise, communication, visuals and environment were a revelation. My many and varied pain issues since then have been explored and treated successfully with great care and attention. All staff are friendly professional and efficient. Thoroughly recommend this practice to anyone with endodontic needs.

Endo had someone else's diagnostic images displayed on his monitor during my entire  consultation and insisted my dentist had forwarded them even after I pointed out that they were definitely  not my teeth!   (note, their Welcome Letter states xrays will be obtained directly from referring dentist).   Unaware my dentist had already taken periapical xray couple days earlier that very same week, repeat was done and billed for $80 - unnecessary radiation exposure, small but cumulative. After my dentist’s office advised in writing that no request received or images sent, I raised the matter with the endo's practice manager who investigated and confirmed an error had occurred but she did not know who the incorrect images belonged to as they had since been mysteriously deleted from my patient file and also relayed endo had declined to waive the $80 charge for the repeat xray.  Consultation cost was $290.
