SparQling pizza and grill

I just ordered from them 1 hour ago and for the first time in my life.
I regret every minute not knowing about this place!
Anyone that rates them less than 5 stars is just not fair enough in my opinion, the food is the best i have ever had and i have no personal benefits saying this, and on a side not i am a verry picky person with my food, yum yum yum!

Omg where do I start I live in Sydney but working in bendigo and jumped on the phone to see if they will surprise the mrs with an Uber which is 20 mins down the road nonetheless they pulled it off I will forever be grateful you guys are amazing highly recommend, love you guys best service in town

Came here for my 13th birthday with my godmother, on Boxing Day. We ordered garlic bread ($13.50), steamed vegetables ($8.00), garlic prawns ($32.90) and a schnitzel burger served with chips ($24.90), a Coke ($6.50) and a smoothie, I think.

The food was insanely good! The garlic bread was a little dry, but definitely full of flavour and super crunchy. Steamed veggies didn't disappoint either, and the garlic prawns (which my godmother ate) looked amazing. My highlight would definitely be the burger. The chicken was so tender and crunchy, and the lettuce tasted super fresh. The chips had just the right amount of salt and were also really crunchy, but it was a shame that I couldn't finish it all.

I didn't pay attention to the service much, but the dishes came pretty quickly for such delicious food. The waiters and waitresses were really polite as well, served the dishes with nice etiquette, and that's pretty much it.

Despite past reviews which seem pretty harsh, I'm beyond satisfied with the overall restaurant. It seems that there's been loads of improvement over the years. Although it's pretty pricey, it's worth the money for such amazing quality. Definitely coming here again!

I ordered the fettuccine bufala but in a red sauce. I still think of it. It was the best pasta I've had outside of Italy.

I had a wonderful experience. My friends and I decided to have dinner here and they just have the best and tasteful foods. The pizza was amazing, the seafood? Hotpot has the best soup or sauce. I love Knaffe. I have never had it but I love it when I tasted it. I love their service too ️️️

Two hours after eating here yesterday, I felt my stomach aching. My partner said his stomach was also upset. Since after eating here till now (next day), I am still in pain. I went to the doctors today and she said I have gastritis. Then I remembered the chicken you served yesterday in the pasta I ordered. The chicken was dry and it wasn't cooked properly. I don't have any stomach issues and when I go out to eat I'm usually bloated after but I never feel any excruciating stomach pain like this! Rubbish! And also expensive for the quality!

What a Dump! Walked in and was asked, are we having dinner? I responded, no, cakes and coffees please. There were 5 of us. Was told, yeah we are only doing dinner. Mind you the table I was standing next to were all having coffees and cakes. Don't waste your time go somewhere else. Burwood is a dump nowadays.

Beautiful and intimate restaurant in the heart of Burwood, within walking distance of both the station and the westfields. Great selection of food to choose from, which has always been delicious and swiftly brought to the table.

Prize need to be down a bit but rather than food is out 10 out of 10.great and fresh food.

Immaculate vibes! Everything from the food to the shisha to the customer service, was absolutely amazing. We ordered the pepperoni and the meat lovers pizza, which were both super delicious. We also ordered the Lemon & Mint shisha which was made perfectly and served by this chivalrous gentleman named Honey. 10/10, would recommend.

An Italian restaurant that has a really big menu, many varieties of savoury dishes and desserts to choose from. The customer service was great. The food was okay.

We thought that it would be nice to have dinner with lots of good reviews. Stir mushrooms was really good but the Pizza was. So expensive for that kind of food. Worse Chips I ever had. It felt like i wasted my money and i am never going back again! Service was also not very good

Waited an hour for our food to arrive. Food was average at best. Burger was soggy and the pasta was so hard, not cooked properly. Pizza was alright. Service by wait staff was very good.

I bought seafood plater it was cold and the fish was the frozen battered fish you buy from supermarket it was terrible at least batter your own fish soo disappointed won’t be eating there anymore

Wow amazing place and so much fun. We celebrated my brothers birthday and I would say 2 in 3 tables had a birthday (they play loud happy birthday music and put a sparkler on top - we asked for no sparkler as we don't want to eat metal).

I think they are halal or at least non-haram (so no pork and no alcohol). Ratings for each dish:

Mozzarella sticks 4/5 - good, but I think store bought
Kale salad 2/5 - too sweet and saucy
Caesar salad 4.5/5 - chicken was a stand out, beef bacon was wierd
Truffle, Halloumi and seafood pizza 5/5 for all, base is well done, pizza is just right, wouldn't change a thing on truffle and seafood, the Halloumi had a little too much mozzarella but still worked well.
Half lobster pasta 4.5/5 - decent amount of lobster, sauce was nice.
Scotch fillet 4.5/5 - a touch underdone (diner wanted a medium, but was more like medium rare - medium), but sauce was a bit of a let down.
Lamb chops, I didn't taste this, but my brother loved it.
Banana smoothie 5/5 - best I've had in ages, same with the mint mojito mocktail.

Would gladly come back, servings are big and pricing is very sharp. We never felt rushed. No additional cost for cakeage, just make sure you make a reservation, as it was very busy.

Food took more than an hour to come out, we watched as every other table got seated and served around us. In the end we cancelled half our order rather than wait longer for middling food. It was a horrible experience as they kept gaslighting us that food was "5 minutes away" instead of just being honest. It would've been better if they just said to go elsewhere the moment we arrived.

Also the seafood was overcooked.

Update: we realised afterwards that they still charged us for food that never arrived even though they explicitly stated they would be refunding it.

Service was a little slow - other tables got their meals before we did even though we ordered before them. We ordered 2 thickshakes and 1 milkshake, but they all came out as milkshakes.

The Bianca pizza was absolutely terrible - thick slices of potato that were very oily, no seasoning at all (salt and pepper go a long way) and just really bland and inedible. Definitely not worth the price. We will not be returning.

Staff are very knowledgeable when it comes to offering the right meal to satisfy you, also very friendly and attentive. I strongly recommend trying the eye fillet, simple, yet mouth watering.

If you want a deliciously satisfying meal then don't walk by just walk in! A very good selection ro choose from on the menu. For those that like Middle Eastern or Lebanese dishes this place delivers. I had Lamb Cutlets which came perfectly prepared. And tasted so good. Busy restaurant however the service was quite good too.
I'm an Aussie and not known to the owners. I just believe to give credit where it is due. Try it for yourself.you won't be disappointed.

Sparqling is usually a place I am happy to visit, but my experience on Saturday night was far from great. We ordered a side of chips for $12 which already on the pricier side for fries. The serving size was small, around the quantity you would get at a fast food shop for $3, and the quality was even worse. The chips were strangely bright yellow, and extremely soggy. We expected more from a restaurant making us pay 4x the price for literally fried potatoes.

Next, we ordered the bianca pizza. The dough and the potato was fine, but the presence of chunks of raw white onion on the pizza served no good purpose and was an uncomfortable experience. Using red onions or at least caramelised onions would've made the pizza more pleasant to eat. The menu also states that there is rosemary in the pizza, but there was none visible and none we could taste.
