I bought an electric pallet jack form them and had nothing but problems with it and when I wanted to purchase new wheels for it they took my details over the phone but never got back to me with price or even if they had them in stocks. Very poor service.

Been waiting for a week for Steve Davey to return my email.
A simple question about one of their products, so I can then place an order.have sent a followup email too.still no response.
Not at all encouraging for a first time potential buyer.

Just noticed the owners reply to my review but I can’t seem to respond to that so I’ll do a new one. Complete lies. I purchased supply and fit roof racks. Salesman was very good and helpful so no idea how I was hard to deal with? Anyway they didn’t get it done before Xmas which I accepted, but when I tried to book after Xmas they refused to do it cause it was too hard even after they had seen my car before I purchased the racks. Now it did get nasty as you would expect so they arranged an independent installer but then wanted to charge me another $200 per hour to install! So I tried to return which they rejected so I went to fair trading. Fair trading told him he had to take them back so he placed a 50% handling fee on. I then elected to go to tribunal (which is the only time he had to attend) but I was on holidays at the event so could not attend. Anyone who knows this proves knows you don’t get a 2nd chance so no way he turned up twice. Anyway, read the reviews on this company before dealing with them. Save yourself the hassle

Absolutely disgraceful company. No surprises the only people who have left a review is the boss and the employees. My advice is to run for the hills if you have to deal with this company! There are plenty of options out there. I have had to take this company to NSW Fair Trading to get them to take back products they sold me under false information. No wonder they are desperate for sales if they treat their customers like this. I had purchased from them before too so I was not a single time customer!? !? !? ! They have now just refused to adhere to the NSW Fair Trading recommendations and so I am in the process of taking legal action. They think they can bully people into submission. You don't need people like this in business.
