Was a walk-in, yes they squeezed me in but the women was a bit rude. Asked me to lay down I asked on my tummy “ well yeah I’m waxing the back of your legs” relax, I’m just wondering. Acted like she didn’t even wanna do the job and pretty much kicked me out cos her next client (seemed a regular, knew her name was very nice to her) was there… had to go back to my normal place in castle hill just to feel relaxed to get the rest of the wax done. Such a shame.

I did my eyebrows and upper lip wax from here. A lady who was working here poured hot wax on my skin and I saw that the skin above my eyes was burnt. This happened a month ago and till now I am suffering with a long dark spot above my eye

Absolutely the best place for facial, despite being last minute the wonderful ladies managed to squeeze me in. I have very dry, eczema ridden skin and the staff couldn’t have been more lovely! So kind, welcoming, and no judgment at all! Will definitely be coming back from now on, I cannot recommend this place more:)

I used to be employed as a beauty therapist at this shop. The owner used to say rude, sexist comments toward his staff. We were expected to rush treatments and not use too much product (even wax sticks) There were microphones all through the shop. There was always pressure to upsell pricey products to even the smallest of treatments. At the end of my employment, was accused of 'stealing' by the owner and he got the police involved. All footage (that he also has set up IN THE CLINIC) and through the shop showed proof that I never stole a single cent. My colleagues with me also spoke on my behalf. To make sure that I would keep quiet, I was forced to sign a 'contract' (scribbled on a piece of scrap paper) that I would forfeit my entire month of annual leave (as a 1st year apprentice working extremely hard on a $6.00 per hour wage) because it was 'my fault'. He looks after himself and his favourite employees. Be VERY AWARE that this is not a safe, hygienic environment. Your privacy does not exist there. I can easily admit that I worked there back in 2009, I was so scared to speak up as a 19 year old but after reading the comments, its clear nothing has changed. Not a disgruntled ex employee, but someone with over 10 years in the beauty and medical industry who is trying to warn future potential employees and clients.

The worst place I have ever been to get a piercing! Not one hole but two and left with nothing but incredible pain and a big hole! Horrible service and place!

I have finally found a great waxing place. Jenny is amazing and she is my go to for eyebrow waxing. She takes her time, never rushes the job. They always come out great. Thankyou
