In 2022 we had the pleasure of working with Jeremy, Marcus and Will. We first met with the entire SP Property Buyers team where we outlined our plans to sell our current home and buy a larger home for our growing family.

The initial meeting involved an outline of what working with the SP team would entail and they listened carefully to gauge what we were looking for in our future home, our budgets and areas that we would like to live. We were immediately impressed with the professional, yet down to earth and genuine way in which our first meeting was conducted.

First Jeremy and Marcus assisted us with the sale of our home. They arranged meetings with various real estate agents to discuss options, so that we could select an agent to run our auction campaign. This was extremely helpful during a busy time. They were also present on the evening of our auction and their support and guidance was greatly appreciated.

The search for a home to buy then began. Each week we would be briefed on new listings, both off- market and advertised properties. There was always a member of the team who was available to meet either at open houses on Saturdays or there to arrange private inspections during the week, even via video if needed. After each viewing Jeremy, Marcus or Will would be available to discuss how these properties fit with our brief; and provided the opportunity to discuss the pros and cons. We found the entire team to be very genuine and effective communicators.

We would also describe the team as knowledgeable, professional and patient. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Jeremy, Marcus and Will were always there to make the process less stressful and more convenient for us, as we were often consumed with work and family. Their combined experience and knowledge of the Mosman and local surrounding market was very impressive. The team also have excellent connections with local real estate and they worked directly with the conveyancing company, meaning all the purchase negotiations, contract and background work was taken care of directly by them. This direct level of support and expertise streamlined the purchase process that allowed us to secure a home for the right price. We do not feel that we could have done this alone in the Sydney market.

Have found the process of purchasing property extremely easy and streamlined.
