Beware! I left my phone at the shop for a battery replacement. The work was done and the phone returned with the case on. I am now overseas and when I removed the case to change SIM cards I saw that there is a nasty gouge in the phone body near the screen - presumably the technician could not disassemble the phone without damaging it. Absolutely disgraceful.

Really quick service, at an affordable price, they fixed my screen in half an hour for less than half of what it would've cost to do the same job at apple.

There's a great little shop with a very experienced operator and who is willing to help you even through the most simplest or difficult problems. Very good for older people as he has patience

Replaced an iPad Air4 very smashed screen with a dented case. It took a few days, and he had little faith it would even work properly, but I left them to it, with no follow up calls from me, and perhaps where others may have lost faith, we left him to repair the device, and they did a great job. If you just leave then to it, they will get it fixed with good quality work.

Definitely recommend SP mobile. Repaired my screen heaps quick and the blokes there are legends. Solid experience all round

Nice guy, good price, bad quality. If you want a quick cheep fix this is the place to go but if you're looking for a long term solution avoid this place at all costs.

Came in with a battered iPhone 5; screen barely functional and home button unusable. I was honestly expecting to be told that the state of my phone was beyond repair and it was well past time to get a new one, which would've cost almost $1,000. Instead, Dylan was enthusiastic in ensuring he could fix both the screen and home button in only half an hour, and even went beyond in changing the battery and repairing the camera (which I hadn't been able to use for 2 years) at no additional cost. Great service in both price and customer care, highly recommend this store.

Very happy. I needed to replace a badly damaged Samsung screen yesterday. They sourced the part and installed it before the end of the day. Excellent customer service and communication. And open during Covid!

I went to replace an iPhone5 with a reburbished iPhone8, sounds simple enough. It happened eventually, but it took eight visits over nine days. First, not there on the day promised. Then, data from the old phone slow to upload so will take not 20 mins but 2 hours; then 2 days, more broken promises about when it will complete. In all that time, no messages, no texts about how the problem was going. It's no way to run a business.

Be cautious! They attempted to repair my ipad screen 3 times and ended up damaging my ipad beyond repair. Each time they promised a different screen would fix it, never happened. Very dodgy.

If I could give this place zero I would. Absolutely horrible. As soon as he held my phone and gave us an absolute scam of a price. I knew to back out. But he wouldn't let the phone go and insisted it was the top price. So feeling bad for asking for the phone back I let him do his thing. I came for a cracked screen. My phone barley works now, typing is nightmare. Brand new phone absolutely destroyed. These people do not know what they are doing. DO NOT GO HERE. Shut this place down

Quite upset because I had my broken mobile 'fixed' by them. Paid $350 and now my mic doesn't work and neither does my camera - so they took a perfectly working phone albeit with a broken screen - gave me a screen, but broke my phone! More expensive than other places, but I was trying to support a local business. Don't waste your money. Don't go there.
