Not that I am Australian, but I have lived there three years altogether and Australia has always felt like home to me. I permanently live on the other side of the world so, to be able to get this service in between visiting Australia, is absolutely a luxury. The snow globe I ordered was exactly as described and posted from Australia to UK. Packaging excellent and considering it was a fragile item it arrived fully intact. Australia Post and Royal Mail kept me informed of delivery whilst tracking. Excellent customer service which is reason I have allocated 5 stars

Nisa, you and your team are amazing! The kookabuura toy I bought my 3 year old grandson is gorgeous and he LOVED it so much, so was really disappointed when the sound was a bit erratic. I contacted Souvenirs Australia to find out how to put in a new battery and was blown away when they offered to replace the kookaburra [ now named Squirel! ]! Amazing customer service!
