Souvenir Plus Bondi

Really good shop among this area. Nice and friendly stuff. Just got nice souvenir things from the shop today.
Everyone can visit this shop near the bondi beach. The main attraction of the beach is the souvenir plus store

ASK FOR A RECEIPT AT THE CHECKOUT, the price of the product is one, and when you are at the checkout, they put the price in the terminal one dollar higher! It's a disgusting store, I don't recommend it. They cheating people.

Beautiful shop, they have so much products, t shirts, bikinis, hoodys, souvenirs, gifts, aboriginal products.

여행가서 충동적으로 들어갔던 곳인데 거스름돈을 주지 않고 주인 마음대로 올림을 해버리네요ㅎㅎ
저도 순간 계산 안 돼서 단위를 잘못 말한 것도 있었는데 그쪽에선 알아들었을 거예요. 거스름돈 단위를 어떻게 말하든 물건의 금액과 제가 낸 금액을 말했는데 계산이 안 될 리가 없죠.
거스름돈이 워낙 적은 단위이고 뒤에 사람들도 줄 서길래 결국 그냥 넘어갔지만 내내 굉장히 찝찝하네요. 여기 접근성이 좋아서 지나가다 덜컥 들어간건데 다른 분들에겐 리뷰가 도움이 되었으면 합니다.
I was so excited to be there until I bought a souvenir from this store. I felt belittled, not to mention the microaggression. The owner (or the worker) was kind of nice but seemed exhausted. However, this was not my concern anyway.

As it was my first time in AUS and I was there for less than 5 days, the cash system was confusing for me. I presented 1 ten-dollar note, 2 two-dollar coins, and 1 fifty-cent coin for the $14.95 item. The owner corrected me, so I added 1 one-dollar coin. He gave me back my 50-cent coin, and then that was it. I didn't receive the 5 cents from the store.

I went right back in—less than a minute later—to ask the owner to recalculate. I told him something was wrong and that he owed me 50 cents when I should've said 5 cents. The owner should've understood what I was saying, but he kept insisting that he gave me the 50 cents back. I said, 'Yes, but it was MY 50 cents (that I had presented incorrectly), and I gave you $15 for this $14.95 item. ' He even showed me the coins I had given him earlier, which was quite unnecessary.

He was not giving me 5 cents in change for what I bought and kept saying he returned the 50 cents I had presented. Even if I mistakenly said 50 cents instead of 5 cents, he should've known what I was talking about when I said I paid $15 because the product was $14.95.

There were other customers waiting to check out, so I just left. It was a very unpleasant experience and it still bothers me. If it was just a tip, it would've been fine for me. However, it wasn't a "TIP, " and it was not very nice to round the price without any notice. I like the product, but that "TIP" was really petty. I hope that one day this bad experience fades away, and I will only have good memories of Bondi whenever I look at the souvenir from here. But I'm sure it will take a while. The 5 cents I didn't get would've just gone toward my other souvenir anyway, but at least a reasonable explanation or an apology would have been nice.

Worst store in BONDI- I bought 10 minutes ago flip flops and I changed my mind and they didnt make me a refund. The product was in perfect conditions/ with tags etc. The store manager was rude and didnt give me a solution. IM NOT COMING BACK

Without a Doubt one of the best places in Sydney for souvenirs, clothes summer apparel and lots of other things.
Great range of stock and everything is so neatly presented. Very impressive.
It’s an iconic location and an Iconic store. I met the owner and he is quite the gentleman as well.

Over several weeks in the Bondi area we looked for clothing and souvenirs in a lot of shops. We ended up finding what we wanted at Souvenir Plus. Lots of variety and good prices. Service was great. One of their clothing suppliers was actually in the store at the time and they ordered something in for us in the size that we needed. Will definitely go back.

Great customer service! Bought shorts and still in great condition! Will refer a friend there for sure!
