3 I spoke with Scott on the phone regarding my VW golf having a transmission code my mechanic was unsure of. I have never dealt with Southwest before, however he kindly took the time to listen to the issue and recommended Gearbox Solutions and said it was a gearbox issue. I was quite stressed as it is the week before christmas and VW couldnt see me for 4 weeks.
I can’t thank Scott enough, my car is being repaired and ill have it in time for Christmas.
