Terrific customer service, friendly staff and delicious, flavoursome food with very generous serving sizes. Plenty of options for people like me who can't handle too much spice. The architecture of the building is lovely too.

Wow. I’m a bit of a connoseur of Indian food and the dishes we were getting were really high quality and original. A rare find in a country town of Goulbourn.

Do not recommend this to your dear ones if you don't want to be hated by your dear ones.
Worst experience ever!

I was not sure to go at this place and was confused to choose between other competitor in the town. But I was extremely delighted to bring my family here for Dinner. Veg

Food was delicious and we all loved the hospitality of the Chef and the staff. Hats off to the serving staff she single handedly managed serving patrons with a smile.though it took a bit long to get food but it was worth the while to get freshly made curries. Keep it up!

This is the best Indian restaurant to have family/romantic dinner. They have very good ambiance with beautiful sitting arrangement. We ordered chicken biryani, Paneer butter and mix vegetables and daal. They also have one of the best chae in the town. I would like to appreciate the service timing, in spite of being so busy the food was on the table within 10 minutes.
I would recommend this restaurant to visit for family dinner or date nights.

Amazing food and lovely staff and chef Ravi Must try their home made kulfi amd gulab jamun. We went only for lunch but also took take away. Parents, kids and us all liked the delicious food.

I can't go passed Goulburn without stopping. Amazing as always. Best Indian food for hours.

We were a large group of kids and adults who dined in quite close to closing time and were not expecting much. But were pleasantly surprised to the quality and deliciousness of the food. We ordered the daal, butter chicken, paneer tikka masala, naan, tandoori roti. Everything was beyond amazing. The breads were so fresh and crispy. No extra spices, or oil.
The mango kulfi was so creamy and delicious and their gulab jamun was soft and juicy.
We were so impressed that we had a takeaway the next day and tried their chicken saagwalla which was equally good.

The chef was super friendly and we thanked him wholeheartedly for such an enjoyable experience.

So if you are enroute to Sydney or Canberra, it’s a must stop! Goulburn’s hidden gem!

Best food I've EVER had in all honesty. If I didn't already live in Goulburn, I would come here just to eat the butter chicken and cheese naans from this restaurant. Fantastic value for money, friendly staff. Can't fault this place.

Receptionist shout to me and she was so rude she dont know how to speak with the customers.i feel so angry and disappointed That lady shouldn't be in reception!

Great food. Decent ambience and very clean. Food is authentic Punjabi, yes it is heavy and with ghee and oil. We go out exactly for this kind of food. The prantha was absolutely great though with liberal dose of butter.

There are 3 Indian restaurants in Goulburn. If the other 2 are closed, eat Thai food instead.
Staff were polite enough but waited until taking my order (and money) to notify me there would be a 35minute wait. It wasn't busy, I just don't think the cook was in. Deciding that it would take too long to go somewhere else I unfortunately waited.
Naan was burnt, butter chicken was thigh (ie tough, gamey and cheap), the beef curry was. Odd.

After reading positive reviews we decided to had our dinner at this place. The place is good but frankly speaking i do not like the ambience and food. Reception area is pretty dark and chairs are also pretty old and dirty. We ordered chicken tilkka in starters with moscato for me and white wine for my husband; chicken tikka masala, daal fry, roti and jeera rice in main course.
Chicken tikka was marinated well but missing some kicking flavours. In main course, chicken tikka masala was prepared in ghee (may be) ; it was extreme heavy and too much oily. I managed to eat my roti with some chicken curry but did not have courage to get more and finished it with daal and rice. My husband had half roti and was unable to eat the remaining as chicken curry was so greasy! May be it was not our day: (

Sensational Indian cuisine at almost unbelievably low prices. The building is a cool old inn from the 1850s. 5+ stars.

How good is this place?
You'll be hard pressed to find better Indian cuisine. Whether it's the butter chicken, Dahl or madras. You won't do better. 5/5
