Having been told by a surgeon 10 years ago that I would require a knee replacement I went in search of other options. I have been seeing Dr Bret Hansell for 8 years now and have not had any surgery, which I believe is due to my regular consultations with Bret. The warm and friendly greeting I always receive from Maggie is a bonus! Highly recommend this practice.

I have been going here for as long as I can remember. Initially for general upkeep but now, I attend weekly for assistance with recovery and relief from high intensity training. The staff are kind and welcoming and so passionate about their work. Also, being on Captain Cook drive there is plenty of street parking. I always look forward to my appointments.

Parking is very easy at Captain Cook Dr Caringbah, to the very warm welcome I receive every time I arrive for my chiro adjustment and remedial massage. High recommend Bret and the team. I have been to previous chiro’s for my back and neck pain and I definitely feel most comfortable at Southern Chiropractic. Do yourself and your spine a favour and book an appointment with them.

I've been seeing Dr Bret Hansell from Southern Chiropractic regularly for the past 2 years. I used to suffer from pain at the bottom of my skull from poor posture but my ongoing treatment has relived this pain immensely. I do a lot of weight training and he has been able to help keep me pain free and mobile. He has also helped me with issues that I didn't know chiropractic treatment can assist with including relieving symptoms of the common cold and relieving an itchiness and pins and needles when sleeping.
Dr Bret is great at looking at health in a holistic manner and is always warm and welcoming.
