Twice now, I stopped, wanting to buy the beautiful flowers, 1st time got a stern reprimand, "don't touch", I wasn't touching them. No smile, was told.too busy and turned away. And same thing experienced today. Bad PR skills. You can keep your flowers. I'd rather deal with someone polite and pleasant and helpful.
The response from the owner is untruthful. There was no one waiting the whole time I was there and they never asked me to wait for a bit. I did see the sign "don't touch". So I didn't touch, I just pointed to what I wanted. So I walked away.

The hamper I ordered was just gorgeous! Beautiful fruit, wine and chocolates beautifully presented. Thank you so very much.

Annie assembled and delivered a hamper outside of business hours for me. I would not have expected that but she went above and beyond. The hamper was high quality and well received and the service could not have been better. Highly recommended. I will shop with them again.

Very bad service do not recommend the flowers quickly die and the lady there is really cruel when i was having a browse

Walked past kiosk and saw a vase full of gerberas with a tag saying $7 each.

Thought I'd grab half a dozen for my wife as a surprise. Sour-faced old bat attendant very rudely said: 'No no, I not sell. No. ' and turned away from me with no further explanation.

She was more interested in looking over my shoulder to see what was happening across the way than offering good customer service.

It's a shame because I've purchased flowers here before without a drama.

Most disappointed. Lost my business.

I ordered a bouquet for a friend who had just delivered a baby in the Wagga Wagga hospital. The flowers were beautiful and delivered the day I ordered them online.
