Great staff, prompt reply and wonderful care. I set up domestic help and social support for my parents and they were so professional and friendly. The carers are understanding, and really listen to your needs. I recommend their service to everyone!

Tbh I love the facility. Would be nice to come and visit this place someday. I suggest it to be renovated if possible. Also, creating branches near parramatta would be nice. Highly recommend for people to come and apply for South West Care.also I work here. So yeah, apply guys.

I really enjoyed working with South West Care because I am working with different people from all over the world.it is so rich work environment and different work experience with each home and each client I work with, and the most important for me that the service users are really respect and appreciate my service and treat me like a part of the family, so I do not feel tired but happy

Staff on call was very rude, worst experience ever.if u dont know how to talk nicely with people on call then never ever try to call them
Never prefer anyone to call them
