Another large group lunch, welcomed on arrival, served all within minutes by staff who take pride in their positions at the club. Beautiful decor with spacious seating. Food was exceptional for a choice set menu. Highly recommended.

Attended a private event with my 5 month old and I have never felt so unwelcome at a venue thus far. As soon as I walked in I was informed that I needed to leave by 9: 30 twice by two separate staff members. I was unable to order myself a drink or stand inside and was told multiple times to “move aside” by an elderly blonde staff member who was also so rude to other attendees. I am aware of club rules and more than willing to comply however the manner which this was delivered was appalling. At the end of all of this, another staff member informed me that I didn’t need to leave as I was apart of a private event but by the time I just wanted to leave due to the treatment. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Very unfriendly. Made us feel like trash. We're from Darwin and we were basically made to feel like we were not good enough to be there. We didn't stay long enough to order we felt so bad.

Love the bar area as well as the restaurant. The food is always great. Nice place to have a cold one!

The boys behind the bar were so friendly, made coming here enjoyable.
Ate here on a few occasions while I was staying in the area and everything I had was fantastic. Decent pricing too.

Great local club, good food and friendly staff tho prices have gone a bit crazy lately. I know things have gone up but they aren't as good value as they used to be in comparison to other places we go to

Food was average. Why have a cocktail
list if your staff have no idea how to make cocktails. I won’t be going back.

Good location especially if you need a bite after a church service or sharing a meal with family & friends

Stayed next door at the Meriton and wanted somewhere close for dinner, could not rate thus club enough great food, great vibe thankyou

$5.60 for a lemon lime and bitters that was made incorrectly. Food was ok but really expensive for a local. Nice interior, clean decal - no parking on a Sunday because of yassou church, parking needs better signage for entry and exit, but I don't think I'll be going back.

Not just a good place to have fun and do some cultural activities but also a place to have some drinks, cocktails and very tasty food. 100% recommended

Was there in the conference room. Staff were nice and so was the food. Will go for a complete meal when out that way.

Very, very surprised to visit the South Sydney Graphic Ats Club, Mascot, after the fiasco of having our work lunch at the Graphic Arts Club, Ultimo, more than a few years ago. This club just oozed good vibes, ambience, with laid-back atmosphere, comfort & subtle elegance. The staff are friendly, professional & a good place to chill-out, with a bar, restaurant, gaming room & most of all, free-parking. My friends & I love the place & we're now new members.

Really great place for a team lunch, quick service, friendly staff and great food.

I had the Mexican Parma and it was flawless. The meat tender and the crumbs delightfully crunchy and the addition of tortilla chips was a nice touch as many places I have had Mexican parmas at think jalapeno are enough.

The churros were great, the strawberry coulis was an excellent companion, I didn't rate the chocolate sauce highly at all but the coulis was all I needed to enjoy my churros. Unfortunately I ate them too fast to remember to take a photo.

Pre-booked table of 12 but was given the attitude by serving waiter/manager because we didn't pre-order even though this was never recommended or instructed during initial phone booking.

Due to last minute changes with our group after the fact, we got told off for not being able to fill the second table. Note these circumstances generally happen in large group settings but if we knew any earlier we would had advised accordingly.

Apparently he told us he had to move another group to the lounge bar section due to lack of seating however we pointed out half of the restaurant was empty. It so happened other smaller tables could had been pulled together as they weren't in use for another 2 hours. We would had been kind enough to offer up our spare table as well as help move it had he just asked us!

We apologised but pointed out this was our companies local go-to venue so will take note for future bookings.

As if that wasn't enough, the manager kept making rude comments almost borderline harrassment and kept raging on the same point.

This was the last straw so we ended up requesting for our refunds and cancelling our orders, never again to return to the GAC.

ARROGANT attitude and poor customer service, thanks to your serving manager we have passed on our experience and our company will start boycotting this place for any of our function venues.

Great place to eat in a very social atmosphere. Food prices made even better by friends 50% birthday discount.

Food was delicious. The staff were friendly. They needed more staff on the night of my visit. I was ok with waiting long periods of time to order food and drinks, having been a waiter myself, but others may not be OK with it.

Not impressed. Kitchen had closed at 8: 45pm & we weren't told that bar was about to close at 9: 30pm. So we could only buy one round of drinks and some potato crisps.
To be fair it *was* Monday night & staff were friendly. They just didn't want to go out of their way or work for a second more than was absolutely necessary.
We were there because my sister died recently & was a loyal patron of this club, holding her 60th & several Xmas parties there.

Been coming here for 14 years. Always reliable, nice meals in a comfortable environment. Recent remodel has lifted it a bit too.
