We have been customers of South Sydney Flooring Xtra for many years and have always been happy with the result. Their service and quality of carpets is excellent, as well as being good value.

Danielle and the team at South Sydney Flooring Xtra very kindly and patiently talked us through the options for our strata apartment and were very forthcoming with assistance throughout the approval and installation process.

We had a tight deadline to work with but everything came together efficiently and while we weren't on site for the installation we got updates as requested.

We are very happy with the hybrid floors which have really refreshed the place and look amazing! Looking forward to see how they stand up to time.

It’s been taken me about 6 months to organise in between insurance and their agent to have the carpet replaced since the rain storm back in March 2022. I found Jessie Roorda (consultant) being so helpful and give customer amazing support during this difficult time. Jessie gives great service and efficient communications. Much appreciated it. I can't reccomend them. I ended buying the wrong type of carpet, even though I told them in the showroom the result I was after. They spend a minimal amount of time with you to help you choose the right carpet in the showroom.

Their customer service was the reason that we decided to go with SS Flooring Xtra to change carpet for laminate in our unit. We were delighted by the quality of the laminate and the variety of the colours available in the store. The quote was always clear and Danielle assisted us always promptly and efficiently with any query we had. Just had SSFX do our terrace house and couldn’t be happier with the job they did.
