Tom did a fantastic job transforming our back deck into a beautiful space. He replaced our rotted deck with composite decking and installed built in bench seating, planter boxes and built in BBQ with storage. He is very professional, kept us updated at all stages and coordinated all trades. The quality is amazing and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tom for any carpentry project. We will definitely use him again

The front porch of our house was tired and outdated and Tom and his team built an amazing newtechwood deck on a study frame that was built to last. We loved it so much we extended the deck further and had Tom build a beautiful pergola over it. Tom was able to organise all the added tradies to finish off the whole build.

Tom, Pete and Sam from South Sea Carpentry did a fantastic job on our renovation project. They are highly skilled carpenters with an attention to detail and producing a high quality finish. We had a general idea about what we wanted done, and Tom brought his own unique perspective to the job which allowed the finished product to be much better than our original idea. He was transparent with all costings and provided regular updates on progress and how much extras would cost, such as using certain hard woods, labour for intricate finishes, etc. They turned up on-time and worked diligently while on site. We would highly recommend South Sea Carpentry and will definitely be contacting Tom again for our next project.

Tom and his team installed an external staircase to our very old veranda. Work was done quickly and with good quality. Tom's really friendly and was checking in with us during the build. Job was building a 2 large deck, pergola and awning plus various bits and pieces.

I needed some joinery work done in my tired and dated 1980's home. Tom and his team replaced the old skirting boards, removed an internal wall to create space in my laundry and installed a sliding cavity door. A ceiling beam need to be installed for the safety too. Tom and his team were punctual, reliable and friendly. They took the time to discuss the job requirements, worked hard and took the time to clean up also. We are so happy with our new front deck. We had water damage and needed a replacement veranda. Tom suggested mod wood decking, he did such a great job, it has transformed the front of our house. He made many suggestions that we would not have thought about, his attention to detail is outstanding. Will definitely be using Tom again!

Tom built our deck and a custom bar that turned out amazing! He has taken care of some other projects around the house including new doors. He puts thought into everything and the quality is great. I already have a few more projects planned for him!
