He is not there anymore he opened his business in Merimbula.

I called many times with a referral from the doctors to get an MRI scan. Each time I was told that the MRI section was too busy to take my call at the time and they would call me back. After a week later with no response I call back again and they tell me the exact same thing. The next day they call my mums mobile number and she has to answer my security questions at work and book the appointment, even though I specifically told them what my best contact number would be. To top it off we are told the next available appointment wouldn’t be for another week and a half. Definitely would not recommend this radiologist. If you can, go anywhere else.

Just had an ultrasound for a lump I was worried about as someone who has had cancer before, and was looked after very well. The lady who scanned me was very reassuring and informative, and made sure I felt completely certain the lump nothing to worry about. I definitely recommend this place 100%.

Found the staff friendly, helpful and competent, parking was good. Would use again.

Drove 40 minutes to my appointment to be told, oh we changed your booking to next week

There are 2 South East Radiology buildings in the same complex. There's a sign in the driveway and then when you drive in the building I needed has a tiny little sign not visible from the car park. The other building has a huge South East Radiology sign, so of course I went in there. Once in there I was told I was in the wrong place and given the most ridiculous directions so ended up traipsing around in the rain trying to find it whilst feeling so ill I was struggling to stand up. When you're dealing with people who are sick the least you can do is make it easy to find where they need to go. Staff were friendly enough and it was all very quick, but having to get undressed in a freezing cold dressing room after being sent on a wild goose chase in the rain I would not recommend this place at all.

Horrific experience at a vulnerable time. This company should be ashamed of the service they provide: in particular their awful, inadequately trained sonography staff who delight in their power and don’t care for their patients. Would rather drive two hours than set foot in there again.
