South Coast Holiday Rentals

We stayed at a 4 bedroom property at Bombo NSW adn it was beautiful! Th eproperty was immaculate, everything was clean, neat and tidy and the views were stunning! Lots of areas for families to hang out in, TV is every family room which is great if you're traveling with kids.

The only few minor faults was that the photo made it out like it was directly near the beach but you do have to walk about 15-20 mins up and around roads to access the beach and theres a train track right outside the house so it can be a bit noisey. Also the if youre downstairs, you can hear every creak and shuffle from upstairs.

There was no staple kitchen items, just sugar, salt and pepper. Would have been nice to see some basic pantry items like oil, paper towels, cling wrap etc.

Would stay again or atleast recommend it to others who are looking for a place in Bombo.

The Elms property at Berry is just magnificent. All that you need for a very relaxing break from the hustle and bustle. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable and very clean. A delightful place to unwind with family and friends. Would highly recommended for the peace and tranquility, yet still close to Berry town.

Be very careful when you stay at any of these properties, take photos of every single piece of furniture and fixture. The way they communicate is poor.

Craig is rude and unprofessional - I made aware the intention of the stay was a buck's weekend (as requested at the bottom of the website to seek approval first) and asked for a discount which was received by shouting and hanging up in my face.

Spacious two level accommodation with beach views. Well designed open plan apartment, with good sized kitchen, large main bedroom, and, dining / lounge areas under high ceilings. Upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds and separate living area with pullout couch - great for kids to do their own thing. Large balcony with views of the beach - perfect for that morning cuppa, late afternoon drink or bbq. Great location with a short 5 minute walk to the beach and cafe and even closer to the general store. Definitely recommend and will return.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Hamilton, Gerringong. SCH were efficient and supportive, without being intrusive or controlling, unlike my sister's stay in Ataahua. We will be back to SCH, thank you.

We had the loveliest stay at this property. My husband and I arrived with our two sleepy kids and their Grandmother at night and the wood fire in the kitchen had already been put on. The grand old farmhouse was a beautiful and spacious home with lovingly restored period features (tall ceilings & verandas & fire) and was lovingly decorated with original artworks. The kids loved the bath in the newly renovated bathroom and the tv with Netflix! We slept well in comfy beds, had wifi, heaters, woodfire (with wood), coffee machine (with coffee pods) and extra blankets for winter. Our kids loved exploring the garden and meeting the owner's two adorable puppies. The location is fantastic - feels remote and is very pictureseque - yet super close by car to Kiama & all local attractions. We had complete privacy and were just happy to catch our hosts as we left to say thanks and goodbye. We have already booked our next stay. Thanks again! Mel & family.

We booked the cottage for a weekend to attend a wedding in the area. On arrival we had to open up the entire house as it smelt of mould and rising damp, and unfortunately the guests in the front bedroom had to endure the smell for the entire weekend.

The place was tidy enough but cleanliness was a sub par, the place feels like it needs a good scrub down.

The decor is pretty dated, but is well equipped & has almost everything you needed for a weekend away. Although the wine glasses didnt fit in the dishwasher.

All in all, the location was the big win, the rest was ok.

The ads photos are deceiving of the actual conditions of the property, terrible beds ruined the whole stay, other than that, the view is wonderful

We recently stayed at Banyon for Christmas 2018. The house is positioned well and has a few great attributes. HOWEVER, despite being told it was under new ownership and some changes had been made, we feel we didn't receive value for money.

We have stayed here twice now and love this house. It accommodates our big family well and having good quality kitchenware really adds to the experience. The only issues I noticed is that on really cool windy days, the back room is really drafty as there is a dog door and open floor boards, this would be a n issue in the cooler months. Also, with the new glass pool fencing, the gate does not close properly unless someone manually pulls the adjacent panel back by hand. This is a huge concern with small children. Other than these issues, the place is perfect!

Fantastic accommodation that exceeded our expectations. 10/10 from our original booking experience to departure.

Kitchen really well stocked, I managed to find a sharp knife and a decent pan!

Loads of space inside for people to relax and the games room is lots of fun.

Where they could do better - missing a few homely touches, no teabags, no soap for the showers, very little toilet paper, washing machine but no detergent etc.providing these little things really makes a big difference when you’re setting up a holiday home.

Tired bathrooms, at least two showers were badly leaking meaning every time anyone showered the bathroom would flood. Signs up everywhere warning us we’ll be charged if we get make up / fake tan on the towels - are we adults or children? Also at least one of the towels was totally frayed and ready for the bin so the signage was slightly ironic.

We stayed at the deck by chance as the home we booked was double booked by the agent and we were advised last minute we needed to find a new house. It was a lot of wasted hours, emails, phone calls and unnecessary angst but the deck and it’s view was a nice second choice.

Great house great location, we love it as do our children. Nobleview always has a lovely sea breeze. The design allowed the kids to have their own space while we relaxed with the cricket and tennis. I think it is the third or fourth time we have rented but I know it wont be the last.

Great booking company. Easy to contact and quick to respond to emails. Very straight forward booking and payment process. Would happily use south coast holiday rentals again:)

Great place! Plenty of room. Beautiful location. Well set up. Really felt like a home away from home - with amazing views! Can't wait to go again.
