Got Stero sound proofing UHF radios winch installed.
The speaker pod has lifted ruining the door trim which needs to replaced.
Winch doesn't work after being wired up.
UHF radios have stopped working and installation was not done right.
The products used like USB for Stero cracked and went into console
Tried to speak to owner refused to take any responsibility.
Was laughed at and told to go away as they had been in business for twenty years.
They promise you everything and fall short in there quality off work and customer service.

Friendly staffs, very helpful, i tried to install a headunit myself and failed, they sorted out all my problems, reasonable price, great service, 100% would recommend.

My husband tried another place first for a stereo replacement (that we'll leave nameless) and after three failed attempts, got a refund and went to Soundwaves. They nailed it the first time, were super efficient and extremely friendly and helpful, not to mention a lot better priced! We won't be making that mistake again! Going here first from now on. Great service AND technical know how. The guys fitted the perfect unit and it hasn’t missed a beat. I made an unusual request for a wireless charging pad and they made it happen. It works perfectly, btw. They even went ahead and fixed a loose handbrake handle that had been annoying me for years.

Got a new thinkware u1000 dash cam installed in my car great service before and after sale thank you so much.
