27I’ve never in my life thought I’ll roll out of bed to train at 6am but as soon as I started at soul performance it was a must, the trainer aka Sarah is amazing not only does she make sure you get a solid session in but also makes waking up early worth it. Since training at soul performance I’ve learnt so much new techniques when it comes to training I’ve never felt so motivated and energised to workout, I’ve trained at so many different places but soul performance was the one for me from the trainers to the people that go there once you enter those doors you become family.
Sarah is a amazing tanier I am so happy and motivated she is always there for support and motivation can't wait to continue my journey at soul preformance
Soul Performance is an amazing space to train and reach your goals. I’ve recently started their classes with coach Sarah and she is amazing. She knows how to cater any exercise to your capability, taking into account any injuries or weaknesses you might have while still being able to push you. The space is also kept super clean and tidy (by the help of everyone doing their part which is amazing). I definitely recommend checking them out if you want to push yourself to achieve your goals:)
Absolutely incredible facility! I can’t think of anywhere else I’d rather train. When it comes to achieving optimal health and peak functional training, Bass’s gym is the place to go! I can’t express enough how great Soul Performance is! You won’t regret trying this gym out!
Great facility, equipped with quality equipment and an efficient layout to aid in performing at maximum potential. Supporting staff that guide you through every step and detail to correctly execute their systematic program. Wouldn’t recommend any other facility.
One of the top 3 best gyms I’ve ever trained at. Great programming and coaching, Sarah is an amazing trainer who caters to everyones levels of fitness and injuries. Highly recommend checking this place out!
