It used to be a friendly, caring chemist. It has really gone downhill, under new management. I've rarely had worse customer service from rude, untrained and totally disinterested staff.

I've been coming to this chemist for quite a few years now and would highly recommend it to anyone needing a regular pharmacy for scripts and quality pharmaceutical brands.
The staff are absolutely lovely people who have a caring and professional approach to all customers no matter what their individual needs are and the owner (Hani) goes above and beyond for his customers always.
I will be a loyal customer for years to come.

Quite shocked by the rudeness I was treated with, the middle aged lady who served us could do with a lesson in good customer service.

Want to return thing that I had bought just a day before and didn't even open it, but the staff was rude and didn't accept it back because of covid. Like it's not fare at all. Really disappointing and rude.

Initially appeared above average by 1st assistant. But when I came back 10 minutes later my script had to go back to chemist for some reason. So had to wait further 10 min. Chemist was busy chatting to everyone n not focused on what he was doing. I do appreciate the 2nd assistant who noticed whatever was wrong.

Need my prescription filled, long time customer. Called three times, no hello pharmacy. No can I help you. Just click. Three times I called. Three times the person hung up directly in my face. Whoever she is, I suggest firing her.

Extremely high pricing in comparison to all other pharmacies in wagga! I will never be back and suggest you don’t either! Terrible range at the highest possible prices! What a disgrace

Conveniently located pharmacy. Comfortable selection of various products including natural supplements. However, the prices may be high. For example, I bought Nurofen for children today and the price was $25.99, whereas on Chemist Warehouse the price is $19.99. I appreciate a smaller local store may not be able to price match a larger retail chain, but still - that is 30% more. Also suggest to always ask whether a customer wants a generic/pharmacy brand product or a large brand name product. Some additional natural light may also be a welcome change to the store (the large windows at the front are covered almost in full).
