I went along to a Friday night event with my daughters. We had such a great time. The staff were very kind and helpful and the atmosphere was great. We were delighted when our pottery was later posted to us. It is a great reminder of a fun night, even if I did produce a particularly 'interesting' wonky pot after a glass or two of wine. If you are visiting Gerringong I would highly recommend this activity.

Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a big group bookings! Zeynep and her team were very accomodating to all levels, very easy to liaise with in the lead up to the event and very hospitable.

The pottery class was the highlight of the weekend and we all had a great time. 5/5 stars for me!

5 days being mentored by Malcolm Greenwood has turned my entire way of potting upside down. Stepping outside my comfort zone, taking on challenges, learning new skills. I have already introduced Malcolm's throwing dry technique into my studio and have found my beginner students and some of my more experienced students (old habits die hard) have really taken to it. It's a game changer for how I run my studio. Thank you Soul Clay Studios for hosting and a huge thank you to the very generous and talented Malcolm for sharing your expertise.

So much fun! As soon as you arrive at Soul Clay you know you are going to have a great night. Greeted by the gorgeous talented owner Zenyep you arrive into a space that feels like a fabulous pottery art gallery.

Directed and (thank goodness given some assistance) by the SoulClay team you actually feel that you have created ceramics that can be admired and look, can I say quite professional!

I would highly recommend this experience. You can bring some bubbles or wine and they supply little grazing platters. Great for a fun night out with a group of friends

I did a two hour pottery experience with friends on a Friday night. It was so good I did a second one. Both teachers were great and made it a really fun experience. I’d definitely recommend it as a social activity for a group of friends.
Two of us loved it so much we enrolled in a 7 week wheelthrowing course. It was awesome. Again, our teacher was fantastic and everyone is so friendly and willing to share knowledge. It goes without saying, I’m now hooked on Soul Clay Studios!

A hidden gem! Came for the lovely owners and stayed for the stunning works. Make sure to support your locals and get some unique pieces for your home.

What a fun treat this was! Gemma was relaxed and attentive to us and explained everything easily. It was also very Therapeutic, the time flew by.

We had the most wonderful day at Soul Clay Studios. I booked it for a hens weekend activity and the vibe was perfect. The staff were lovely, passionate, helpful and welcoming. We really enjoyed the homemade muffins and cuppas in the sunshine - so homely! They accommodated our big group (17) so easily and were very responsive before and after the booking. Couldn’t recommend more!

What a fun morning we had, creating our new creative pots and bowls of joy! Highly recommend this beautiful morning to spend with your friends. Thank you Zeynep and Marcus for hosting such a lovely crash course on pottery making for us on Saturday.

Our team attended the Handmade Christmas Decorations workshop at Soul Clay Studios and had a fantastic time!

Absolutely amazing Art Kintsugi - by Yoko Kawada workshop. Beautiful, calming, knowledgeable. Soul Clay Studios space is the perfect setting oh and the muffins and tea were a lovely touch.

Again, a wonderful experience and this time shared with a couple of friends who had never done pottery before. The encouragement, support and instruction created an experience we girls will never forget. We'll all be back for some more tuition, but the basic class was such a great "taster" for more pottery indulgence. Recommend this highly. Great escape with the friends. Repeat worthy!

I absolutely LOVED the Friday Clay Date wheel-throwing experience with Soul Clay. The time absolutely flew by and I could have happily spent many more hours playing with clay. I attended with a girlfriend while we were both heavily pregnant and it was such a fun night out for us when we can't have a 'typical' night out. But those who took up the BYO drinks option looked to have a great time too. I think this would be great for a date, a fun activity with a friend, a team building activity or for something like a Hen's weekend. Highly recommend!

Such a fun night! Relaxed atmosphere. Learnt a lot and had lots of laughs. We made three pottery items each. I can’t wait to see what they look like after being fired in the kiln. It definitely brought me joy:)

My 11 year old daughter, 11year old niece and 10 year old nephew attended the holiday class yesterday. They all loved the class so much, especially their teacher, Jemma.
The kids all made beautiful clay pieces that they were super proud of.
