Sorry guys I have to give you a bad review due to your choice of venue. I have written a review about The Intercontinental Hotel and you should read that and re-consider your choice of venue. Why should consenting adults have to go to the concierge, and not the bar to get a drink not poured into a paper cup. Are we living in a nanny state or we are just surrounded by out of date organisations?
Sent an email to enquire about auctioning a diamond Bracelet. They didn’t even show me the courtesy of a reply, I followed up with a phone call, and was told the Bracelet was not up to their standards. Their unprofessional behaviour was below my standards.
It's a brand of Sotheby's in Australia, I have cost over one million in here for some paintings and watches. It's a nice place to go when you are trying to buy something fancy in an auction (but it seems that their ability is restricted mainly at the field of painting and jewelry). And it's a comparatively much small branch comparing to Sotheby's in other continents. But it's after all a good place.
