SOS Phone Repairs Nambucca

Took my phone in after having a fall from my horse and destroying it. Paid $500 and dropped it less than a metre a month later and it was unusable. Took it to someone else, paid $150 and now its good as new

Was in town for work and cracked my screen and i needed it fixed by the end of the day.

So fortunate they there were able to get the job done with such amazing service.

Great place to get your phone fix! While on holidays broke the screen on my phone guys from SOS did a rapid fix highly recommend.

Excellent quick service. Was quick to provide suggestions for accommodating products suitable to needs. Speedy timeframe for any phone related servicing needs. Products are cheaply priced and competitive. Went out of their way to provide high quality service. Really easy smooth transactions. Staff were very friendly and caring.

Fast, efficient service. Confident and honest staff, happy to fix even the simplest of things.

Don't bother! Incredibly rude customer service. Making someone cry, and ripping them off with all these sudden charges they didn't advise of before. Go literally ANYWHERE else if you want someone to fix your stuff properly and provide actual service that doesn't remind you of the fact that you're in a bumpkin-ville where these sorts of skills are clearly hard to find.

Amazing! Best service. Much better quality screen protectors than you can buy from the stalls in shopping centre. Highly recommend!

Having just purchased a new phone I was having trouble transferring data from my old phone so off I went to SOS and in no time at all details were transferred and all for a reasonable cost. I was treated with respect and not made to feel like an idiot for not being able to do the transfer myself.

Quite disappointed with the service I received, I got my sons iPad screen replaced as it was cracked. When I picked it up I paid the remaining and it looked fine. When I got home and seen that the front camera no longer worked I rang up, they said they would get back to me in regards to getting that fixed. I have never heard back from them. Poor service to not let me know it didn’t work, and to not even try to fix it.

Great honest staff. Helped me out with my phone straight away. Had my phone back in 10 min.

Charging port stop working so took it into these guys and fixed it within 10 minutes. Even gave helpful advice to prevent the issue in the future.

Not very helpful in sourcing a screen protector for a Samsung galaxy note 10 plus.
They claimed that there was not one available with the fingerprint reader compatibility but I found one myself thought a company called whitestone.
Not impressed considering all they deal with is phones etc.
